    Windows and Doors Installation

    From start to finish the service from everyone at Casa Bella surpassed our expectations. German Rojas, our main contact and sales rep, was a pleasure to work with - always accommodating and making himself available to answer any and all questions. He even went above and beyond by helping us find a service professional to complete all of the post installation painting and finishing touches. German is a natural in his role and a credit to the Casa Bella brand. Kyle and the entire installation team also exceeded our expectations- they were meticulous and very effective with every window install , the patio door installation as well as the front door entry system. We appreciated how they kept us informed every step of the way and took the time to explain some of the more challenging situations. In the end, Kyle took the time to complete a final QC - to ensure every single window opened and closed perfectly before he felt the job was complete. Finally, I would like to add that we are very pleased with the quality of the product itself - aesthetically, our house has been transformed- the ‘right’ window installation really makes a significant difference to the overall look and feel of your home. Thank you to everyone at Casa Bella - we would highly recommend your organization to friends and family !

    front door

    Love my new front door. It started with a visit to their show room and then having German come to my home to help chose the style door I was interested in, at the same time he had the area measured to ensure the new door would fit perfectly and it did. I was very happy with crew that installed my door. They were neat and tidy, placed a cover on the floor so no dirt would get on the floor and made sure that it was all clean before they left. Tested the door to make sure it was level and was functioning properly. I would highly recommend Casa Bella Windows

    Satisfied customers

    We are very satisfied with the product and excellent installation. Billy, Johnny, Andrew, Noel and Mickey’s team Worked in a professional respectful and perseverance manner. Their team work was helpful and installing the big pieces and the their positive team spirit made a stressful situation pleasant for our family!

    Replaced 6 windows, great company from quote to completion!

    From contacting Casa Bella for a quote, to German’s initial consult and Ricardo’s installation, they made it a straightforward process with no surprises. German answered all of my questions confidently during the initial measurements taken for the quote. From the beginning he was very clear that there would be some painting I would have to do where they removed the old trim. He showed how much room the installers would need to access the windows and explained the type of window they would install to qualify for the current rebate. Within a couple days we had a detailed quote via email. There was no gimmicky sales pitch and no pressure. German actually encouraged me to take the time to get more quotes. I say that as I had one quote, from what we thought was a reputable company, where the sales rep came in and took measurements then claimed he was giving us a huge discount. Then scribbled some numbers in a notebook and just gave us a total (more than Casa Bella even with the “discount”) and said “so how will you be paying the 30% deposit?” When I said we need to think about it and get more quotes he actually said “everyone usually just signs right away after I give them a price, I’m surprised you’re not.” The rep didn’t even have any samples of the window with him. He just didn’t instill confidence in the product. So based on the experience with Casa Bella, we agreed and signed. Then someone came back to take more detailed measurements. We decided to add a stool and apron on one window and they added and re-sent the updated quote. No surprises. The day of the install Ricardo and crew arrived 20 mins early and got straight to work. They had all the windows replaced by 3pm with only trim work to finish the next day. The next day they arrived a little early and did a great job with the interior and exterior trim. He went through each window to ensure they all were cleaned, functioned properly, and made sure the screens came out easily. Little details that I definitely appreciate. After almost a week with the windows, the house is much more comfortable. Now, when we open our curtains in the morning it’s actually the same temperature as the rest of the room. Not a rush of cold air. Our old windows were in bad shape with broken seals so any upgrade would improve, but these windows definitely exceed our expectations so far! Very happy!

    Window replacement

    Ronnie provided excellent service throughout the process. The installation went smoothly thanks to Ricardo and team. The whole project was completed on schedule

    New front corner window; new front door

    Great job by Casa Bella Windows! Ronnie was very helpful in original appointments and estimates; also, very responsive. The installation crew -- Billy, Donny, Andrew and Noel were great - on time, professional. They had to improvise because of our old house and crooked walls and they did a great job. Very happy with the whole experience, and would definitely recommend Casa Bella to others, and will use them again for other windows in our house.

    Window replacement

    We required replacement of a leaded glass window on 2nd floor of home. The customer service from taking the order, assessing the site and replacing the window was professional and friendly at all times. We are pleased with the service provided which was done in a professional and timely manner

    Home Renovation

    Overall great company, from the quoting process to the final details of the install. Very pleased with the results, and they took care of the work space like their own home.

    Bedrooms and basement windows

    Very friendly and efficient crew, they finished the job faster than scheduled and cleaned up and removed the mess.

    Replacement of 2 doors and several windows.

    I would highly recommend Casa Bella to anyone looking for windows and doors. The team was exceptionally professional, listened to my requests and designed a custom window layout as I had envisioned. The installers were very friends, professional, clean and did the work fast and without any issues. Renovating anything in your home can be disruptive but when you work with professionals like the team at Casa Bella its easy, fast and stress free.
