    Replacement windows

    From the salesperson to the installation team...all staff were great to deal with. The work was exactly as specified and completed as scheduled. The workplace was cleaned up to our satisfaction before the crew left. All in all a great experience for us.

    Windows and sliding door replacement

    We were extremely happy with Casa Bella. They replaced our windows and sliding door with professionalism and quality work. So many compliments we are now getting!!! It changed the whole appearance of our house and we will use them again in the future!!

    Windows and door installation

    Each and every aspect of the Casa Bella experience was outstanding beginning with Ronnie our sales rep. He was a pleasure to deal with. His professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail and responsiveness was truly impressive. When visiting the showroom, Joanne made us feel welcome and was very helpful in providing her design advice and input in making our door decision. She is a true asset to the Casa Bella showroom/office. The installation crew (Ricardo, Rey, Dillan, Kyle, Chris, Manny, Josh and Mikey) were excellent installers. Ricardo was outstanding as the Team Lead...a true professional. The installation of our windows and door went very smoothly and we are very happy with the result.     Replacement of 24 windows, front door, patio door and side doors

    We just completed our project with Casa Bella and we couldn’t be happier with the results. This was our second time working with Casa Bella. About 10 years ago we replaced 27 windows at another property, and we loved it then. This time we decided to do our due diligence and look at other vendors, also credible and recommended. Result - we chose Casa Bella experience again. The price was competitive, the quality is great, no surprises in the process regarding timelines or cost. The installation crew was super efficient. My impression was everyone knew what their role was and did it well. Billy, Donny, Andrew, Noel - thank you very much for your attention to detail, for keeping our house clean and for doing good quality work. Neighbours are commenting now on how different our house looks. Highly recommend. Thank you!

    19 Windows replaced

    The salesman and the installers were all very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. They delivered on a good product, good installation and have offered to be available if and when I need customer service going forward. I would definitely recommend to friends, which I have already. I appreciate that they make their own windows right here in Toronto and do their own installations.

    Replacement of Kitchen and Living Room Windows

    I chose Casa Bella after reading all the great reviews on Homestars and I wasn't disappointed. During my first meeting in March 2017 with Ronnie, Sales Account Manager, he explained the process to me. I was somewhat concerned about the brick to brick installation because I had just had new window coverings made and worried they might not fit once the new trim was installed. Ronnie assured me everything would be O.K. I was just too nervous to proceed and procrastinated through the winter of 2017 while watching solid ice build up on the inside of my windows. I decided to go ahead and place the order. The installation crew of Kyle, Manny, Chris and Josh, showed up on time and were a great group of gentlemen. They were all polite, friendly and helpful and aside from minor noise, I wouldn't have known they were there. They exceeded my expectations. And, Ronnie was right - my window coverings fit perfectly! I am very happy with my new windows and looking forward to an ice free 2018/2019 winter.

    Replacement of 3 windows.

    The crew were punctual and the work progressed fast. For the most part they were mindful of our furniture and covered the floors with cloth tarps. The windows look and work good. They cleaned up prior to leaving.

    Window reno

    Professionally done very clean on time and very polite technisions. They make sure gap is air tight.

    Windows

    Friendly, professional staff who are very neat and clean as they go! It was a plus that they are all dog lovers, and not intimidated by my German Sheppard!

    Perfect windows and garden door installation

    I had all my windows and garden door installed by Casa Bella around 1 year ago. After a year with extreme weather(heavy rainfalls summer and chilly winter), I am fully satisfied with the installation,materials and services Casa Bella provided. From the time of initial contact, Ronnie was patient enough to explain all the details to me and everything is right on schedule without delay. The same team of 5 people( they are all Casa Bella employee, not out-sourced) came and worked in my house for full 5 days. This is a big difference compared with 2 other companies that I had asked for estimation, which they estimated the job to be finished in 1-2 days. I stayed with the installation team for full 5 days and from what I observed, they are meticulous and concentrated in their work without wasting time on chatting/doing nothing. They paid attention on sealant injection and used vapour barrier tape(which they claimed is unique in the industry). The installation team is very nice and helpful throughout the work and they are always punctual every morning. I had recommended Casa Bella to my friends. Great job Casa Bella and thank you so much for your work !
