    Side door replacement

    We had some of our windows replaced by Casa Bella about 6 years ago they did a great job on the window installation. So we decided to go with them for our side door replacement as we wanted to ensure the install would be done well -- so we were willing to pay the installation fee for just the one door. We knew it wasn't going to be cheap as the door is a custom size. But we were not looking for cheap. Our priority was good installation, as well as a good door. Couldn't be happier going with Casa Bella. Rey & Dillon arrived on time, were courteous, friendly and helpful. They answered questions and explained what was going on whenever I looked in on the job progress. The work area was kept tidy and clean as much as possible throughout the install process, as well as cleaned before the left. They valiantly tried to to save the old inside trim, as we knew they wouldn't be able to match the existing (it's an old house). But in the end it was just best to replace the trim. Rey provided guidance and suggestions on the inside trim, which was super helpful. And Dillon provided helpful maintenance information for our existing windows, even though the job was for a door. They made the inside of the side door look great with the new trim. The did a great job, am very pleased with the results. It may just be a side door, but looks fabulous!     House windows replaced

    Bill who was the lead with the installation team was excellent, very professional, polite, and lead his team in a job that I rate 11/10. The team installed the windows carefully without any damage to my home. Cleaned up every day after each days installation and were on time . This company has excellent window intallers. I think I meet the whole crew. Great job Bill and crew.

    New exterior doors

    Casa Bella did a wonderful job of our new doors. Their installation team was efficient, professional, tidy and communicative. They resolved issues properly, helped us talk through options, and were very nice to work with. We needed custom doors to fit the unusual sizes and they look fantastic. My only minor quibble was during sales; any time we wanted to price out a different option (frosted vs clear glass, for example) it required a whole new quote; they didn't seem able to just offer a series of options within one quote. But the process was quick and all worked out great. Very happy with the whole thing.

    Windows and doors

    Amazing team from job quote to final product installation. No hard sale and great installation team of Billy, Donny, Andrew and Noel. Ronnie was very professional when he came for the initial measurements. He provided an itemized quote. Great person to deal with. He also answered all of my questions in detail. The installation team arrived on time, kept the place clean and were very professional. Their attention to detail and quality of work was amazing. They dealt with all my questions and left the house clean. Thanks for all the hard work.

    Very good windows and service from Casa Bella !

    I was initially impressed with the their sales: Dan was very helpful, went through a couple of scenarios with me and gave me the quotes without any pressure - unlike many other sales guys I had over. We did a lot of communication over emails, which was very convenient for me. The installation was also a very good experience, event though it was in the middle of winter on a very cold day. Courteous people, good work. Almost a year on, no problems and the windows look great. I''m a customer for life.

    new front door and garage side door

    I am really impressed the service from the company and the sale representative, Dan. Actually, I am satisfied their all service from starting the quote to the door installed. I have written a reviews here few months before , but I don't know the reason why it is pending. But after yesterday, I told myself I should spent my time to re-write a reviews for this company again. My both of door lockers did not work very well since few days ago, I called the sale representative and he responded right away and coordinated the technician to check and solved the problem for me within 2 days. I have nerve received a service as fast as them .so I will recommend to all surveyors.

    New windows and old window replacements

    Our sales rep (Dan Taylor) was AMAZING! A true professional and looked after our needs. He returned phone calls/messages and email almost immediately and if their was an issue, he made sure to find a solution for it. He never ever left us hanging. He called the week before (just like he said he would) the windows were to be installed just to confirm everything. GREAT service. The crew who installed our windows and doors were absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!!! The best customer service we have ever experienced. They were professional, very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They were OUTSTANDING!!!! They also cleaned up any mess and answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. These days it's hard to find crews that make the customer top priority. These guys did just that. Highly, highly recommend Casa Bella and their installation crews.

    Replaced eight windows and patio door

    Overall, I am very happy with Casa Bella's windows. Quality is by far the best. I have been looking for window replacement and found Casa Bella on homestars together with three others windows installer. German was the sale's rep who did an excellent job. He showed up on time, explained all the details and provided an accurate estimate. He was very patient with me as I went back and forth comparing his price with the other installers. Never has he ever pressured me to sign the contract. After I finally decided to go with Casa Bella, he gave me the date of installation and the installer shows up as promised.

    windows

    Install new windows for the whole house and dispose of the old ones with problem.

    Slider and Entry Door Installation

    Sal Amato was an excellent person to deal with and provided the service which should be expected when dealing with any company or contractor. The installers, Ricardo, Ray and Dillon treated my home as their own with excellent quality by finishing every detail and left my home looking excellent. Thank you very much guys.. Great Job. Doug
