    New Door

    Friendly and conscientious salesperson and project estimator came to my house. Asked lots of good questions about my preferences and had some good suggestions. Installer was also friendly and did great work.

    Replacement of all windows

    Proffesional, clean work and Courteous team completed work ahead of time. Ensured that all work area was protected so that there was no damage to floor

    Window Replacement

    Ronnie, our sales rep was very informative and knowledgeable about what we needed and what they were going to do, the install crew, Ricardo Manny and Dillon were excellent, knowledgeable, very clean and polite, their product is excellent quality and competitively priced, I would recommend Casa Bella Windows to anyone who is looking for window replacements.

    french door replacement

    Casa Bella Windows were very responsive and professional. Their price point was very reasonable. The technicians were friendly, clean and efficient and did an excellent job on our second floor french door replacement. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future for other projects!

    Windows

    Recently the Casa Bella install team (Billy, Donny, Andrew, and Kyle) replaced our windows. The crew was friendly and hardworking and we were impressed with the end results. My family and I really liked the team, including our puppy, Axel, who enjoyed every single belly rub :)) we would definitely recommend Casa Bella to family and friends. Thank you for our windows !!

    WIndow Replacement

    Excellent service from start to finish. German was very accommodating to our needs and requests, windows were ready for installation quickly, and Bill and his team of installers were wonderful. They were friendly, respectful of our home, and did outstanding work. Interior trim work was done with excellent attention to detail and quality of workmanship - above and beyond! The windows look amazing and we have noticed a difference in the outdoor sound level and temperature in our home. Would strongly recommend this team for replacement of windows!!

    Door installation

    I recently had a front door, garden doors and a window installed in my home. The installation team of Billy, Donny and Andrew was excellent. They were very polite and professional. Everything was completed on time. The team did a great job and cleaned up everything before leaving. They installed all my handles and locks as well. After they left I realized that I did not like the handles that I had purchased and since they did such a great job cleaning up they had taken all of he boxes(garbage) from the handles. I realized this and called them. They were so great, they went through their trailer to get me the boxes back and returned them to me the following day. Excellent service all around.

    Window Replacement

    I recently had Casa Bella replace 12 of my windows. I first considered replacement a few years ago and discussed with their salesman, Matt Harant. I decided to postpone replacement at that time but reached out again to Matt when we finally decided on the replacement. Matt is great to deal with, he knows the product very well and was able to answer all my questions (and I had many!) and also make recommendations based on our needs. Pricing was fair for the work required and so we moved forward with the install. Matt kept me updated on progress of the build and expected start date. The job started as planned. Matt had said the install would take 2-days...but it took 3 and this was not a problem as I could tell the work crew (Billy Danny, Andrew & Kevin) took pride in the quality of their work. They laid out drop clothes everywhere to prevent damage to wood floors / stairs. Window replacement is a messy job but they cleaned up and vacuumed the work areas at the end of each day. What impressed me most was the little things they found and repaired which was not noted in the estimate. They noticed the mortar joints in my sills were breaking away and replaced with caulking (they even matched the colour to the sills!) to prevent water from entering. I also had a basement that had the caulking breaking away and when I was inspecting the window install, I noticed they recaulked the basement window...not big, time consuming items...but it showed their focus on customer satisfaction. I have an entry door that will need to be replaced soon and they will definitely get my business. I would highly recommend Casa Bella to any family / friends considering window replacement.
