Called Craig on a Sunday morning and he was able to show up within 2 hours. Craig came by to secure a tree limb that was at risk of falling and causing further damage to our neighbours' properties. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable and perhaps most importantly willing to educate you about his business - which is trees of course. Craig took the time to explain to us the condition of our tree, future maintenance to consider and eased our concerns. Thanks again Craig for making it out on a Sunday.

I called many companies to assist me with this broken tree and decided on using CB after meeting Craig. I spoke to Bill initially and he was very helpful and sounded sincere. He assured me that someone would be out on the same day to see the tree. Craig showed up in the afternoon and provided me with a very reasonable quote and timeline to have the tree removed. The tree was removed with 48 hours by Craig and his team. The 3 guys were very efficient and tidy, even the sidewalk and the street were cleaned up before they left. While Craig was on site I asked him to remove 2 small fruit trees that were dying plus remove 3 branched from another tree that was hanging too low to the ground. He happily assisted with the additional request. I offered to pay him more than what he quoted to cover the cost of the additional work but he refused. I am very happy with the level of service I received from Craig and his team and would highly recommend them to my close friends and family. You should not hesitate to call CB if you need assistance with any tree related services. Thank you Craig!!!!

One of my trees had a huge broken branch and as my neighbor said "it will take out your kitchen". I was very concerned so I started calling tree services. Tried 4 companies-some did not even return my call and the rest said they could not come until Sept or October. I called Craig at CB Services_ He came the same day and stated it was an emergency. So the following day he and his crew fixed the problem. Thank god for Craig and his fast response. He and the team were very professional and super polite. I like them all. Again Craig thank you so much!!!!

I could not be more impressed with Craig and his crew. Yesterday a large (huge) branch of our black walnut tree cracked and it was hanging precariously over our backyard. We had Craig do some trimming of the same tree back in 2010 and we were really happy with his work so he was my first call. Unsurprisingly, he's been extremely busy with all the tree damage due to local storms recently, but we were lucky that he was already working in the area and he was able to come over immediately to take a look. I hope this doesn't result in other people writing poor reviews about him being late, because he really helped us out, despite the fact that he still had a few other jobs to complete that day. The branch cracked at 2pm and by 4:30, the whole thing was down and being cut up for firewood by his crew. They swept up and left the backyard spotless (it looked better than it had before they arrived). He was so friendly and pleasant to deal with and the crew was great too. We will be calling him back again to help with some maintenance trimming of the tree.

A huge tree in my back yard fell during a storm and I contacted Craig to have it removed. He and his crew arrived within 2 hours, discussed exactly what was to be done, quoted me a very fair price and immediately went to work. The tree is now gone and he cleaned the area beautifully before he left. I would recommend him to anyone who needs excellent tree removal service!

After a big storm, we were in the unfortunate position of having a large Manitoba maple tree fall in our yard. Based on favorable homestar reviews, I called Craig and he was on site within 2 hours to assess the situation and provide an estimate (which was the best of two obtained). Craig showed up the next day with his crew to remove the tree - a full day project which was handled professionally and efficiently, leaving the site clean and in perfect condition. A great job all around, which makes Craig our "go to" tree person from now on!

Craig and the team of CB Tree Service did an excellent, speedy, organized, efficient and considerate job of taking down an enormous and very tangled tree that posing a danger to wiring and sheds. Super neat, the mathematical precision of their working manner as well as their very personable natures make them a team I would highly recommend to everyone. We will ask them back in the Fall to trim a big oak in the backyard as Craig certainly knows his stuff and it was a pleasure working with him.

I contacted Craig as one of our private trees in the backyard fell sidewards due to age and imbalance. it landed on electrical wires and was therefore a thread that needed to be removed quickly. after long back and forth with the city, the insurance and others, i finally came across Craig that was the only one to understand and act quickly. within 24hrs, he drove by, assessed the situation, scheduled the project and got started. Craig took the time to explain what will haven in detail to me and again to my husband so we all were on the same side. i must say, i went to work in the morning and the problem was solved by the time a came home. in addition craig and his team left a clean space, i didnt have to remove or clean up anything. many many thanks for helping us and helping us quickly when it mattered! Very impressive service for low cost. We called 10am Saturday about a big tree that had fallen across our entire back yard, Craig Telenko of CB reviewed and quoted before 1, arrived at 4, completed the work before 7. 3 workers worked efficiently and carefully yet very fast, chopped all big wood into 16" lengths for neighbours to take for free from the sidewalk, chipped all the rest and cleaned up well. Excellent job all round, would highly recommend.

I called CB tree service based on the reviews in Homestars. I have 5 trees in my backyard that are about 40 feet tall, one of them was split and damaged due to a storm. I called Craig at CB and advised him of the situation and as part of one of the trees had fallen he said he would come by in a couple of hours. Craig was right on time and gave me a good price to cut the damaged tree and remove the fallen limbs etc. The work he did was very professional, quick and clean. I had a look at the remaining trees and noted they were all quite old and in danger of falling on my or my neighbour's sheds so I asked Craig for a price to cut down and dispose of all 5 of the trees. Craig gave me a great price and as he had a cancellation for the next day he said he would come the next afternoon to do the work. Sure enough at 1.00 p.m. Craig and his crew arrived and commenced an afternoon of cutting down the 5 large trees, shredding the brush and cutting the trunks into firewood size pieces. Craig also removed, at no extra charge, a very large but dead branch from another tree. Craig and his team worked on their own all afternoon in a very professional, organized, efficient and effective manner. They cleaned up the yard after the work to a spotless condition. I have already recommended CB Tree Service to 2 of my neighbours and will be calling him back in the Fall for some pruning of a large Maple tree that I have. I strongly recommend CB Tree Service to anyone and am pleased to give them the full 10 points in the Homestars ratings. John M Pickering, May 29,2013
