    Pre-purchase Inspection

    Brent did an excellent job, no complaints. Showed up on time, provided us with a report the next morning. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection. Thanks again for quick service. Walk through took roughly 1.5 to 2 hours (3000 sq ft).

    Best Home Inspections

    Brent is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with his inspections. I would never trust anyone else to do a home inspection for me! He has saved myself and my clients thousands of dollars - and plenty of headaches! - on home fixes that could easily go unseen to the untrained eye.

    Stop scrolling and call Brent already!

    Very professional and courteous, and most importantly genuine (hard to find these days). Brent was able to come out in short notice, spend a good 4+ hours inspecting our house through and through. he was honest and didn't make "something out of nothing". we knew exactly what to expect, where renovation budget would be going as the house did need some work. it helped reinforce our decision to go ahead with our offer. his report was thorough and included tons of photos. As for cost, his prices are in line (if not less) compared to other inspectors I looked up with good reviews, and you get your money's worth. everyone is entitled to their opinion.. mine is simply: No need to look up countless home inspectors, just call Brent. chances are you won't be disappointed.

    One year new house inspection

    Used Brent to perform the one year inspection on our new house and ensure that we didn’t miss anything on the warranty claim. He didn’t disappoint. He was extremely thorough, inspecting every nook and cranny of the house and brought up multiple items that we would have missed. Luckily for us, nothing earth shattering, but a few things nonetheless that need to be addressed by the builder. Brent was extremely patient and spent the time with me going through everything (he even put up with me tagging along during the inspection!), indicating the levels of importance of each item he found (from cosmetic, to ‘’this could lead to a bigger problem down the line’’). Very happy with the inspection and would definitely recommend him.

    Very thorough, excellent service

    Brent's excellent service began right at the very beginning when I called him for a quote and schedule a booking. He is polite and quick to respond on any inquiries I had. During the inspection, he pointed out many things that only an experienced inspector could identify. His report also came back very thorough. Highly recommend Brent to anyone looking for house inspection.

    Great experience! Highly recommended!!!

    Brent, from Classic Home Inspections, was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in all of his explanations. Being first time home buyers, we didn’t really know much and that made us nervous. Brent explained everything very well and that made us feel at ease. We’re glad we chose Classic Home Inspections!     Home Inspection

    It was a pleasure to work with Brent, as he is very personable, knowledgable and insightful. He explained the process and provided great detail and ensured that I understood the information in the report. He also provided me with a gallery of photos pointing out any potential issues. I would recommend Brent's work to anyone needing a home inspection.

    Home inspection

    I've had Brent do 3 inspections and I can't believe I have not left a review yet: I'll be brief Brent is far & away the best inspector you will ever find. He is passionate & cares about uncovering everything wrong with a home. He finds things others missed routinely & if your not getting him to inspect your home your probably missing something! If I could rate him 11 out of 10 I would.

You had a previous inspection report for the home provided by the seller, it looked good, yet we uncovered so much other things that were not mentioned in the report. I hate to be the guy to try and "upstage" anyone but really, "a bit of mold in the basement"? The basement had been flooded out numerous times. There was mold everywhere!     Great experience!
