    Home Inspections

    Brent Jeffreys is by far the best inspector I have used and recommended to my clients. I have recommended and used him for each and every transaction I was involved in acquisition of real estate. Brent is very thorough and detailed. He checks every aspect in details and takes the time to go through the report with you and any remedial actions if necessary. Brent takes his time in inspections and ensures everything is covered before conclusions. Brent is honest and trust worthy. I recommend Brent yesterday, today and tomorrow. Thank you for always accommodating my and my client's schedule.

    Home inspection.

    Excellent service. Promp and profesional. Brent was ver thorough in his inspection of our new property. Very knowlagable. I would definately recomend Classic Home Inspections for anyone looking to have a home inspection.

    Very informative pre purchase home inspection

    We looked around for a reputable home inspection company for a 30 year old home that we were thinking of buying. After some digging on the Internet we settled on this company. And I don't regret it one bit. Brent was punctual and very thorough. He took his time in inspecting the home from top to bottom. He pointed out many small flaws that we did not notice such as the cracks in the brick work and found defects from previous attempted repairs in the roof. He also took his time to go through each defect afterwards with us. He even stayed a bit later than the scheduled time to answer our questions and concerns. Thanks to his advice we were confident enough to purchase this old home with no hesitation. Thanks Brent! We really appreciate your honesty and integrity. I would definately recommend him to anyone looking to get their homes inspected.

    New home purchase

    Brent did a home inspection for me on a heritage house in Old Oakville that I am thinking of purchasing. He was very professional and has excellent knowledge. His inspection was thorough and clearly documented. He was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Brent and will work with him again in the future.

    Very Happy

    As a real estate broker, I rely on dependable and honest people to help service my clients. For the past five years, Brent at Classic Home Inspections has consistently delivered excellent service. He provides a professional and, just as important, a personable approach to inspections. Brent is one of the few home inspectors I use that is actually fine with clients asking questions during the inspection. In addition, I find he's able to explain the items in layman's terms, whereas many inspections get caught up using overly technical terms. I've had a few deals fall apart after his inspections uncovered items the buyers were not willing to accept. I've also had deals come together after he was able to suggest solutions to seemingly large problems. I will continue to use Classic Home Inspections going forward. Brent provides an honest and informative home inspection, which is invaluable when making what will often be the most expensive purchase in your life.

    Home Inspector Who Exceeded Our Expectation

    We have used a few home inspectors. Brent was recommended by a colleague and did not disappoint. He showed up on time, very patient, knowledgeable, thorough, trustworthy and has a great sense of humour. He welcomed our questions, and answered them clearly in terms we were able to understand. He didn't rush through the process and was not afraid to get into odd places. Brent said he will inspect every inch of the house and actually meant it. With his knowledge and expertise, we were able to make a very informative decision to proceed with the deal, re-negotiate the price or back out on the deal that was sold conditionally on inspection. We couldn't have asked for a better home inspector. His service exceeded our expectation and we highly recommend Brent from Classic Home Inspection.

    Excellent home inspection

    Brent was on time, did a thorough home inspection and was able to recommend action to remedy some problems he found that we had not noticed. He was personable, helpful, and very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

    Home Inspection

    I used Classic more than once for a home inspection and I have used other home inspection services as well. (including the overly expensive and worthless Carson Dunlop inspections) Brent at Classic is by far the most knowledgeable home inspector I've met and provides advice that I will rely upon. Many home inspectors are not thorough and will report they didn't go on the roof or go into the attic. Classic Home inspections seems to understand how important a thorough investigation is and works hard to deliver this. I have walked from a home inspection based upon Classic's findings, while we had a listing home inspection that was satisfactory from the Seller.

    Home inspection

    I was in a hurry to remove subjects so I came to HomeStars and found Brent. Very happy I did. Having used 3 other home inspectors in the past 2 years (for other properties), I can say that Brent is knowledgeable and very open to questions. Not only was he professional but he was very personable. He sent the report, pictures he took and a succinct summary of "fixes needed" on the same day, which helped me negotiate the sale price down another $3K.

    Home Inspection

    Brent was personable and professional. He sent my mind at ease when purchasing my home which is an exciting but stressful moment - waiting to see if the Home Inspection will pass.
