    Home Inspection

    Love these guys! They're not what you would expect. They're super friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. It felt like Mike Holmes was performing my home inspection, except Brent and Elie are better! Plus their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely call them again!

    Pre-purchase home inspection

    We were going into a bidding war and wanted the reassurance of a home inspection given the current owners decided against one. Brent was the first company I called given the reviews on here. He had a cancellation and was able to come the next morning! Brent arrived on time and was incredibly thorough. He took his time going through everything and at the end, sat down and walked me through his findings. He provided a well-organized binder with his notes and additional information for homeowners and also emailed me access to over 65 photos he took of the property. Highly recommended.

    Home Inspection

    This is the 2nd home inspection that Brent did for us. His first very fair review saved us from making a costly mistake in purchase. As usual his inspection was very thorough and he is honest but very fair. He will not say 'Do/don't buy this house.' Instead, he will tell you the issues he sees and let you make the educated decision on your own on what you'd like to do. One fantastic thing about Brent is that you can email him any time and he will get back to you. 2 1/2 months after our inspection and before our closing I took some pictures and emailed them to Brent and he promptly answered and gave great insight. I'm sure I can email him in a year and he'd still respond and still welcome questions. Highly recommend and so far his inspection has been accurate. Thanks again, Brent!

    Home Inspection

    Brent was professional and personable as he assisted us in the inspection of a 24 year old home. He was detailed and thorough in ensuring that everything was checked out - even the pool in the middle of winter! He took plenty of pictures to support his report and we would gladly use him again and refer him to our friends and family.

    Home Inspection

    I was very impressed with Brent's professionalism and knowledge. He obviously has a lot of experience in this department and I felt he was very thorough in his assesment. His price was fair and reasonable. Would highly recommend!!!

    Home Inspection of newly purchased home

    Brent took his time going over every square foot of the property, and identified issues which would not have come to light otherwise. I am much more educated about the risks and costs of owning and maintaining my new home, and I appreciate the thorough and friendly advice from Brent greatly. This guy is the best Home Inspector that you can hire in the GTA. Highly Recommended !!

    Townhouse Inspection

    We could not have made a better choice in hiring Brent. Not only was he available on short notice and punctual for our appointment but from the minute we met he was professional, personable, very knowledgeable and most importantly honest. Sometimes the truth is hard to hear when you think you've found the house you've been looking for, but did he ever save us from a real lemon. Throughout the inspection, he explained what he was looking for while pointing out any areas of concern no matter how small they may be. He also provided approximate costs to fix them and highlighted their gravity (i.e. immediate or a few years down the road type of fix). He was thorough in his answers to our questions and didn't mind us shadowing him throughout the home. We will definitely be calling Brent back when we have found another potential home to call our own in the next few months. Having peace of mind is priceless. Thank you Brent!

    Home Inspection

    Brent is the man ! I was referred to Classic Home Inspection and I couldn't have made a better choice. Brent was fully prepared to educate me on the details of the home we were purchasing with his notes, pictures and personal experience. He was able to tell me what can be fixed easily vs. the approx. costs of other areas in the home. I would recommend this company to all those looking for someone with experience, knowledge and that someone that genuinely looks out for his clients. Great Job ! Andy and Melissa

    Home Inspection

    Needing to have a Home Inspection done rather quickly to finalize the purchase of a new home, Classic Home Inspections was able to fit me in within 48 hours of signing. Brent came in and was very professional and thorough. He provided feedback on what he would typically look for and how that applied to our home. He provided answers to all my questions and by the end of the inspection, he made me feel comfortable with our new home.

    house inspection

    We really appreciate Brent's professional service for our new purchase house inspection. He inspected the house very carefully and identified many small and big issues. He is very patient to answer our questions. Comparing to our first house inspector, he is the best. his charge is fair. we believe you will not regret to hire him as your house inspector.
