    Home Inspection

    Brent was awesome, I highly recommend his services. We are buying an older town home and I wanted to make sure there were no surprises. Brent was very thorough and went through everything with me and answered all my questions. He is professional, personable and very patient with stressed out buyers LOL. He went through the house from top to bottom found only a few things that need correction from a leaky tap to our wood burning fireplace has a crack which could have been an serious fire hazard if we had tried to use it.

    One Year Tarion Inspection

    I first contacted Brent for advice when we closed on our new home in January, 2012 and he was more than happy to answer some quick questions over the phone. I later contacted him to perform our One Year Tarion Inspection and he was great! Brent arrived on time and was very thorough starting from the outside of our home, then worked his way through the basement and up each floor, ending in the attic. He answered all our questions, provided a detailed inspection report, photos and also filled out the Tarion form on our behalf. I would definitely recommend Brent and Classic Home Inspections to friends and neighbours.

    Home Inspection

    Brent provided excellent customer service and meticulously inspected the property we purchased. Furthermore, he was punctual and provided an excellent report which addressed all the problems involving the property. He was quite professional and he made it out despite having a busy schedule. I would recommend his services to all my friends and family.

    Home inspection

    After reading glowing reviews on Homestars, I had no hesitation calling Brent to do a pre-purchase home inspection. Sure enough, he lived up to the high expectations. The inspection was thorough and covered all the major aspects of the home (roof, electrical, plumbing, foundation, exterior, heating, testing appliances). The whole process was not at all rushed, and he was happy to explain things as many times as needed, as well as answer all our questions. Best of all, he was happy to take questions after the inspection! I would absolutely recommend Brent for a home inspection!

    Home Inspection

    Brent came in on short notice and did a great job inspecting the house we'd bought conditionally at a very reasonable price. He carefully went through the house with us and stopped many times along the way to patiently ensure we understood what he was explaining. He identified some unexpected issues but described them in a way that was easy to understand. As a result of his findings, we were able to lower the purchase price. Brent was very informative, had a fantastic attitude and was a absolute pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend him.

    home inspection

    Brent was very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection. He took his time to explain everything he found, and answer all of our 'nervous first time buyer' questions. He also seems to genuinely care about his clients getting the information they need to make an informed decision. He definitely made the process easier for us, and would recommend him without hesitation. Thanks Brent :)

    Home Inspection

    Brent is truly a professional in the business of home inspection. He arrives on time as promised and conducted a very thorough inspection of the property, including accessing all hard to get at areas/corners (i.e. roof top and attic). He combs each area in great detail with multiple passes to ensure not a thing is missed. He does not skimp on the work just because the property is new or seems in good condition. On completion, we received a full written report along with an information binder on all aspects of the home, as well as all 98 photos taken during the inspection. Brent answered all my questions and highlighted areas of concern for follow up actions required. All in all, it was money well spent and we have piece of mind in purchasing this property. I would definitely recommend Brent and use his services again.

    Home inspection

    Brent did a thorough job inspecting our to-be-purchased property today! He was a very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all his findings in a clear and concise manner. He wrote up a report and gave me a copy after the inspection. He took pictures and shared them with us. Brett is simply awesome. I would recommend him in a heart beat to all my friends and families.

    Home Inspectation

    Brent is great! - Very detailed and honest. - Great personality to work with - He works for you and will always have only your best interest in mind! Brent was great found some minor issues and recommended we speak with out agent to work something out. We ended up getting a price reduction to help with the repairs! A+++

    Home inspection

    I am extremely happy with the knowledgeable and professional services provided by Brent of Classic Home Inspections. He was on time and very thorough.
