    Home Inspection on brand new home

    Brent is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable & friendly. He did a very thorough inspection on a brand new home & pointed out deficiencies we would never have picked upon. Most people don't realize that brand new homes may have issues and that getting a professional inspection is important. Brent forwarded the pictures to us in less than couple hours & answered all our questions. We highly recommend the expertise Brent has to offer, and will certainly refer Classic Home Inspection to our family & friends.

    Home inspection

    Brent did a wonderful job inspecting our home yesterday! We would recommend him to all of our friends and will hire him next time we decide to move. He has a very positive and relaxed yet professional attitude and he is very realistic about what is important and needs to be done asap. He did a wonderful job answering all of our questions and let us (including our family members) follow him through the house and look at everything he was looking at. He presented us with a binder that had all of his notes in it, which we appreciate! We feel very comfortable with our purchase after having Brent inspect the home.

    Home Inspection

    I was recom a home inspector for my new house by my agent and just a lil digging gave me enough info NOT to use them. But Brent was 10/10 review all over the interest and I felt confident to use him, and I was right he was professional/good.

    Home Inspection

    Brent is awesome. He is friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. His very 'no nonsense' approach when it comes to his work was appreciated and was extremely thorough and he ended up pointing out some issues that were major concerns for us. He is non-biased and fair to both selling and buying parties so you know that his opinions are honest. I also like that he has one flat rate that he charges. There aren't any add ons for any other services like most other inspectors. You pay $X and he does his work. I would certainly use Brent again in the future.

With the things people have told me about what happened to them with other inspectors "Adding-on" extra costs, I was like, WHAT?! The biggest racket add-on right now is that whole "Infrared Camera" charge. How can a home inspector possibly charge people for using certain tools and not others? That doesn't even make any sense! They market it as if using the camera is a "proper" home inspection. "What, so if I don't pay extra for you to use the camera, it not a real inspection". I don't charge extra for using certain tools over others! Hey, I need a flashlight and ladders to do a better job, do I charge you "extra" to use these tools??? No! ... thanks for pointing that out Duane! Thank you for choosing Classic Home Inspections!!!

    Inspection of a semi-detached house

    I am very happy with Brent's inspection. He carefully checked EVERYTHING and took his time to answer my questions. He would tell me the problems he would detect with the property with absolute honesty and professionalism. Then, he would give solution to the problem in simple language for a person like me who does not know ANYTING about houses.

    Home Inspection

    We had a home inspection done by Brent and it was excellent. I would highly recommend Classic Home Inspections. He was extremely thorough and provided great advice and solutions where necessary. He took the time to explain what he was looking for and what he was see. He spent three hours covering every inch of the property.

    1 Year Tarion

    Brent is very knowledgeable and careful in his home inspection. Pointed out water leaks in the basement in a less than 1 year old home. Great to work with, and spends the time explaining various issues with the home. Will definately use them again in the future.

    Home Inspection

    Brent is exceptionally thorough in his inspection and takes his time in explaining what he finds. As new home buyers, we don't have a lot of expertise, which can be stressful. Brent took his time walking through the house and explaining everything to us, positive and negative. He was clearly focused on making sure we understood our house as well as possible. I fully recommend his work and professionalism. Within hours of the inspection, he emailed almost 100 high-resolution pictures to us from his inspection.

    Detailed Home Inspection

    Great work Classic Home Inspections! When we arrived at the property and Brent had already walked around the building once and showed us problem areas that need addressing. He walked us through every area of the home explaining everything is such detail. We now understand the home "inside-out" like he promised. Great work Brent. Thanks for your help.

    Home inspection (purchase)

    I would highly recommend Brent at Classic Home Inspections. He is professional, reliable, punctual, thorough, and detailed. Willing to come on short notice (i.e., less than 24 hrs). "No question is stupid" - he gladly answers all questions, and encourages questions. As he works, he explains what he's looking for and what he's doing in a clear, easy to understand way. Very responsive to follow up questions after the inspection. I wouldn't hesitate to call him if I ever need another home inspection. Money well spent.
