Home Inspection of 120 Year Old Home
Answer from pro:
Thank you Antonio for the kind words and for taking the time to leave me feedback! I really appreciate it! People call me up with many questions and I am more than happy to answer them. (Yes, sometimes people have some very ODD questions that have nothing to do with an inspection). You've really got to watch out for those "sellers" home inspection reports. I did an inspection the other day where the home had some awful grading and I had a feeling that there would be leaks. Sure enough I get into the basement, feel the wall, and it's soaking wet. The person who hires me goes and looks at the "sellers" report, it makes no mention of a leaky basement. Yet, some inspection reports I see are very good and don't miss a thing! I have no idea why the sellers inspector in this case, would comment on the roof when he never even went onto it. So, it is always difficult whether to go, or not to go with the sellers listing report. Most people in these situations seem happy that they hired me. I'm glad you did too. Thanks again Antonio, thank you for choosing Classic Home Inspections!
