If I had told you the house was falling down I don't think it would have surpassed your concerns with Aluminum Wire in the home. Here's one for ya, brand new homes have aluminum wire, it comes in from the street to the panel. In many cases it's not the proper gauge wire and I can only imagine what’s going to happen down the road with them. Wanna know why, the price of copper is too expensive so the homebuilders save money by using Aluminum. There you go, something to think about. Now, this home you looked at had NONE! Now you can rest easy. Especially watching your beloved Leafs. Good luck with them my friend. Thanks again Mike, thank you for choosing Classic Home Inspections. Thank you Jessie in Burlington for the kind words and review! Like most first time homebuyers, you were a total wreak. ;-) Okay, you weren't at all; you guys were actually very good for first timers! I guess a bit stressed out with the previous homes you looked at and the disappointment with the inspections/inspectors. Throw your crazy realtor in the mix and it certainly makes for some fun. Just for the record, I don't have a "love affair" with Star Wars, it's just you wanted to talk about "The Notebook, Time Travelers Wife, Sex and the City", and other movies that I have zero interest in. With me and your hubby taking about Star Wars, it quickly changes the subject and squashes out the movies that you wanted to talk about...and I don't care who says what, that lightsabre scene with Liam Neeson and Ewan Macgregor against Darth Maul is far better than Ryan Gossling running around without his shirt on. ;-) Thank you Jessie !
