    Home Inspection

    Brent came out to inspect our home which was a new construction. He was punctual and extremely polite. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Brent found important defects in both the interior and exterior of the house. He took photos and completed our 30 day Tarion warranty form. I would not hesitate to use his services again and would highly recommend him to friends. Update: Unfortunately trying to book a follow up appointment (to ensure that the work was completed satisfactorily) and to get clarification on Brent's report, has proved to be very difficult and disappointing. On the whole he has been very slow to respond or has not responded at all.

    Home Inspection Markham

    Brent was professional and very knowledgeable. He was ontime and did a thorough inspection of the property. Brent was able to spot things that I had no idea happened and advised if the repair was done correctly. He gave us a very detailed report on the property and offered to answer any questions from insurance companies. Highly recommended.

    Home inspection Kingston Road

    Brent was very knowledgeable. He was friendly and very accommodating. Brent was thorough in his inspection of our property. He came back when we needed another inspection for our windows. We would highly recommend his services.

    Home Inspection

    Put a conditional offer on an older home subject to home inspection and so wanted a home inspector who would be experienced, knowledgeable, thorough and customer service oriented. Interviewed a few "Home Inspectors" and finally decided to go with Brent. I asked if he could better his price; he replied, "I hope you are not choosing me based on price." I knew then that I definitely wanted to retain his services. Brent did not disappoint. He accommodated us on short notice. He showed up on time for inspection and then took his time walking with us through every part of the home conducting a thorough inspection. Gave us a detailed report and made suggestions that I believe have saved me headache and money which I would have had to otherwise incur. Post-inspection service has been exceptional as well. Give him a call.

    Home inspection

    Brent is very knowledgeable and professional. His reports are extremely detail and his explanation are educational to new owners like us. We are very happy with his service... After he inspected the house he hanged around with all of us for snacks and just chatting away. Super down to earth..i called him back after over a year for more information and he gladly help.

    Building inspection

    We needed a building inspection completed within 48 hours. Brent was able to provide us with a no nonsense assessment of the house. He was thorough and answered every one of my many many questions. He proved to be trustworthy and I will not hesitate to contact him in the future for a second opinion on contractor quotes, etc. I highly recommend this company.

    Home Inspection

    We were in the market and found a house that we liked, so we put an offer in for an extremely quick close. During that time, we had Brent on standby on 2 different occasions, in which the deal did not move forward, but Brent stayed very flexible for us. Eventually the close went through and Brent was available to help on short notice. We generally prefer to do our own work, but decided to hire someone since this was a rather large purchase, with areas we weren't as knowledgable in (pools, mansard roof, ravine lot). I was a bit sceptical to the value of hiring a home inspector, but Brent did an awesome job. He was very thorough and knowledgable. Most importantly, we felt very comfortable doing the inspection with him. It was like having a good friend look at our house in detail, and allowed us to bounce questions off him while we walked around. Brent takes pride in his work, and his character is awesome. I enjoyed talking to him, which is very important, as you will feel comfortable asking him questions and getting a sincere answer. There were many times we stopped and chatted for long period of times, and he didn't seem like he was in a rush to leave the site, which is the type of pace I prefer. Even with the extra time socializing, I did not feel it cut into our inspection time, and he stayed a lot later, which I feel bad for, but hopefully he enjoyed spending some time with us as we did with him! His price is very competitive, and the detailed package report provides a lot of information. Highly recommended!

    Home Inspection

    Brent came to the house we are looking to buy and did a fantastic job going over all of the details. He identified some issues that could potentially be a headache down the road, and was extremely helpful and informative. The inspection documentation and report was very detailed and included a lot of information about what he looked for, and what we should look for in the future. There was a lot of information about regular home maintenance in there as well which is very helpful. I would highly recommend Classic Home Inspections Inc.

    Home inspection

    I called Brent to do a home inspection for a property we were interested in purchasing. I called Brent asking for his services, he was able to return my calls very quickly and be able to come on site the next morning to do the home inspection for the house. As he inspected the house, he took pictures of the issues he noticed and emailed them to us. He also indicated the problems areas and took the time to explain all the issues and answer any questions we had, which gave us confidence in whether to move forward with our purchase. Even after the inspection, we called him with more questions from the inspection report and he took the time to thoroughly explain everything. We are very happy with his services and I would recommend him to our friends and family.

    Home inspection

    Brent responded quickly to my request for an inspection and I was satisfied with his service. He promptly emailed me a report the same day he came to inspect the house. He was also very responsive to my questions and concerns post-inspection.
