I hired Brent to do a home inspection. As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about everything. Brent was on time, professional, and walked me through, step by step, everything that he saw and answered all of my questions in great detail. He was great at pointing out to me problem areas and signs to look for; he was very thorough with every aspect of the inspection. He issued a full report and gave me ball park estimates for the items that needed work, without sugar coating the situation. I will 100% use Brent again for any future home inspections and recommend him without reservations to anyone who is looking for a home inspector.

I'm a realtor using the same home inspector for 15 years but due to unfortunate circumstances I had to look for a new inspector. I googled home inspectors and Classic Home Inspections popped up with rave reviews. Brent held up to his reputation! On the day of the inspection, he showed up before the appointment time. He took a lot of pictures and forwarded them to me. Home inspections can be a little nerve wracking for both the client and the realtor because you never know what issues they might find with the property but Brent's calm demeanour took the edge off. He found a few cracks in the basement foundation. When Brent pointed them out to the seller's realtor, the seller's realtor made light of the cracks but Brent insisted they be repaired because they could eventually leak. Brent left nothing to chance. I received prompt responses to phone calls and requests. My client was very pleased and as a realtor, when my client is happy, I'm happy!

Brent is a top notch inspector. Thorough, meticulous and efficient. He's also very funny and made a rather "unpleasant" experience, light and entertaining. I highly recommend him for your next home inspection. He spoke in terms that I understood and cut to the chase. Well well worth it!

Mr Brent did the home inspection of my property at coates drive and it was ok. The report he provided after the inspection was extensive. Overall it was ok.... Not that great....
