    Custom Built-in Home Office

I hired Copacetic to help me design and build a custom home office. This included a walnut L-shaped desk and a full wall of floor-to-ceiling shelves with cupboards. The whole process went smoothly and the office was installed on time. The crew is very professional and their workmanship is outstanding! I love my office and would highly recommend Ian and his crew.

Custom kitchen cabinetry, servery, pantry, family room and living room cabinetry

Ian Alexander and his team worked tirelessly to get our kitchen and family room just right. My husband had some very specific requests with respect to the appliances he wanted and Copacetic was able to accommodate them all. Now that we are using our kitchen we are finding that the layout and design elements that Copacetic suggested were spot on. They were also able to accommodate changes when construction or other constraints made it necessary. While Copacetic may not have all the bells and whistles of a larger kitchen design company, ie: we were responsible for sourcing kitchen hardware and lighting, we enjoyed working with them because they really care about how the cabinetry works with the rest of the house. We also found their installation staff very pleasant and easy to deal with.

    kitchen cabinets & bathroom vanity

Copacetic owner Ian Alexander & his team are real craftsmen who take great pride int heir work. We had quotes from 5 other companies as part of kitchen reno. Copacetic's price was in the middle. But the quality of their work and their professionalism made them the obvious choice. They worked very closely with us throughout. The installation process was slower than we had expected. But given they were installing in a 100 year old house where walls and floors are not perfectly square, the install required lots of on-site tweaking. We are delighted with the results. You owe it to yourself to check them out if you are doing a kitchen reno. Their quality to price ration can't be beat.

    Custom Kitchen Cabinets

Ian at Copacetic helped us design and then built and installed high quality custom kitchen cabinets for an older house in midtown toronto. The Copacetic workmanship and service were excellent. We were able to see the cabinets as they were being built and make some modifications to the cabinetry as they were being put together. If you are looking for a truly custon job of top quality at a competitive price you can't go wrong with Copacetic. I would highly recommend them highly.

    Cabinet building

Ian Alexander and Copacetic worked with us to design and build a custom closet for the most demanding customer - my 8 year old daughter. As the owner of The Zero Point an Ethical Green Showroom, we have worked with Copacetic to build kitchens for our customers. This time around, the customer was, Serena, my 9 year old daughter. Serena chose a beautiful FSC - Formaldehyde free wood and Copacetic ordered it and worked with our new carpenter Simon to cut and build. We regularly specify only soft closing hardware for our customers, but in this case, Serena and her friends would be climbing and sitting on her new closet and drawers, so Copacetic recommended their strongest soft closing cabinet hardware. Although Copacetic could have built the entire unit for us, we were giving a new young carpenter an opportunity to showcase his skills. Well, Ian very graciously worked with Simon on the required cuts, gave him some instruction and allowed Simon to be present for the cutting. Simon was thrilled. The closet was built and is beautiful. Other than having a place where my daughter can put away all her clothes and toys and sit with her sister and friends, the closet itself is a beautiful piece of artistry. Thank you Ian and the team at Copacetic! We are looking forward to working together on more projects in the future.

    Custom Kitchen Cabinets

I used Copacetic Woodworking to make custom kitchen cabinets for a customer of mine. The cabinets were to be made from pine and were to look similar to a 100 year old cabinet that was in the kitchen. Not only did Copacetic match the antique colour of the original unit they matched the custom arches in the panels of the doors to look exactly like the 100 year old cabinet. The quality and custom work provided by Copacetic was way above and beyond what i ever expected. I am a general contractor and have been in the business over 20 years and i have never worked with such an exceptional group of people. Ian and Louis are very easy to work with, very accommodating and believe as i do that customer satisfaction is the most important thing. I will use Copacetic Woodworking for all my custom cabinets in the future, as i feel they are the best woodworking company in the city. I have attached two photos, the first is the antique cabinet that was to be matched and the second is the finished cabinets that Copacetic made.
