So happy to have found this company! Ian and his staff have completely blown me away with their excellent service, thoroughness, communication and attention to detail. I've been a designer for years but have never encountered a millworker so diligent and skilled. Their craftsmanship is top notch. They are willing to take on challenging projects, like my kitchen island made from reclaimed wood - it turned out more beautiful than I expected due to their ingenuity and patience. I don't think you can find a better millworker. Thanks to Ian and all the guys at the shop. You are gold!

Ian and his team are pros and always a pleasure to deal with. They take pride in their work with a near-obsessive attention to detail, and exceptional workmanship. I am a busy interior designer in Toronto and never hesitate to recommend Copacetic to my clients. My drawings come to life in Ian's capable hands and -- project to project -- I continue to be impressed by the skills of his team. He certainly leaves a trail of happy clients in his wake.

The service and quality of the end product was more than i expected. They really paid attention to all of the little details. The placement of all of the components for the Tv and wiring were perfectly thought out ahead of time. Ian and his team at Copa are a pleasure to deal with.

Have known Ian for 20 years and he is my go to for anything wood related.He is SUPER concerned with quality and integrity. He is not suited to the just get it done and forget it jobs.... if you appreciate REAL quality you will understand the value. I highly recommend this guy.

I am an interior designer who has worked with Copacetic Woodwork and Design on numerous projects since 1985, including several in Bermuda. The most recent project we have worked on together was one of the best: a chef's kitchen and lounge located at Lexus Downtown on Dundas Street West. Every piece of Copacetic's work sings! Iam very happy to recommend them.

We are extremely pleased with the work Copacetic did for us. They did several pieces for us - a mantle, a front hall bench and a basement wall piece with bench seating, storage and a built-in wine fridge cabinet. Our house is over 80 years old and, unfortunately, not completely level. Copacetic did a fantastic job not only making sure the pieces fit, but also overcoming the structural shortfalls in the house to make everything seemed level. We love the new pieces and have received plenty of compliments from friends and family about them. We definitely would use them again on another project for us.

Working with Ian and Louis to build the kitchen for our new home was a true pleasure. From our initial meeting, we felt comfortable and confident they understood our needs and could build the kitchen we wanted. They worked with us to meet our timelines, and even our general contractor was impressed with their attention to detail. We had a general idea of the design we wanted, but they made it better through tweaks based on their experience - they were even able to accommodate some design elements that a true custom shop could build. In the next phase our build, we'll be doing some custom millwork, and Ian and Louis will be getting our business again! These guys have sawdust in their blood!

An absolutely amazing company to do business with. The design decisions proved to be 100% correct and the attention to detail and workmanship is impeccable. It was great to be able to see the cabinets during the construction phase. The install team was great. The overall quality of workmanship, installation and finish is truly exceptional.

Ian Alexander was absolutely fantastic from the moment I first called, to the moment he dropped by after the work was done to ensure I was pleased with the outcome. His attention to detail, and desire to ensure I got exactly what I expected (even dropping by the house one day to ensure the stain would be a perfect match), left me extremely satisfied with the end result. I receive nothing but compliments and look forward to the next project I send to Copacetic!

We hired Copacetic to do our kitchen cupboards and cabinetry as well as new vanities for both bathrooms. The work was superb. It was done on time and for the quoted amount. A real benefit was being able to see the kitchen set up in Copacetic's workshop prior to installation. A second benefit was the time and care taken with the installation; five days of absolutely precise quality workmanship. As well, Ian and Louie arranged generous discounts for us with the company that did the quartz countertops. And finally, when there was an extremely minor problem (one cupboard handle off by 1/16"), Ian had it fixed immediately, no questions asked. I highly, highly recommend this company. (And did I mention how pleasant everyone was to deal with?)
