Purchased ductless system in Sept 2018. The Salesperson was courteous, knowledgeable and polite able to answer all my questions. After the contact was completed he explained that he would make arrangements for the installers to come over in the next couple of day. As promised the installer arrived a couple of days later on site. They were professional and was able to setup the unit without any hitches. There were no extra charges or headaches added to the installation. This was a breathe of fresh air that a company would stand behind their promises. I highly recommend cozy comfort plus great job guys. Thanks.

Cozy Comfort Plus are great! My air conditioning broke down recently during a heat wave and I needed to get a new one installed quickly. I found an ad for Cozy Comfort Plus and gave them a call. Despite being extremely busy, Cozy Comfort made time to come to my home the exact same day that I called. The person who came to my home, Brian Kar (the territory manager of Cozy Comfort), was extremely polite and listened to everything I had to say. With his expertise, he was able to recommend the best AC unit for my needs. Once we agreed on a unit, Cozy Comfort came the very next day to install the unit! They got the job done quickly with no complications. I am extremely satisfied with the job they have done, and I would recommend them to anyone who has trouble with their AC unit.

We decided to have Ductless Air installed in our townhouse this summer due to the rebate that was being offered through GREENONENERGY. We have baseboard heat and have always had a window air conditioner in our bedroom over the summer. Living in a townhouse, there are many rules that have to be followed in order to be approved for this installation. We had three companies come by and give use quotes. Brian with Cozy Comfort Plus was the third quote and the most reasonable and knowledgeable to work with. Brian spent quite a long time going over all of the options for us. He was willing to put in the work that was needed ahead of time to get this project approved by our condo board. The only glitch was the day the install was to take place, they had to call and reschedule due to a crew members illness. Things happen, so we went ahead the next week. The work crew of Hamit and Omir were very friendly and efficient. The office staff was very helpful in getting our rebate through. Brian was so kind and helpful in answering all our questions about the system. We chose the Mitsubishi Slim Dual SPlit System and it has been a lifesaver over this hot summer.

The repair man was on time. Friendly and courteous. Knew what was wrong and fixed the unit. I would not hesitate to call again for repair. Highly recommend this company.

Cozy Comfort installed my Tankless Water Heater in December of 2008. They have provided maintenance on it since that time. The maintenance has included a yearly service visit as well as two repair visits over the past 10 years. I have found their people to be diligent and knowledgeable workers and have been pleased with the work that they have done for me.

Renovating a dated family room that had a stone fireplace and I wanted to change to a modern look. Brian came out a couple of times and helped me come up with a plan to make it the focal point of the room. He was very conscientious of my budget and my needs. The people he sent to do the work were very professional, accommodating and finished the job in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend the company.

Thank you Brian for arranging the installation! John and Amir planned the ideal location to install the unit so that it would look great on both the inside and outside out the house. They were very professional and kind and asked for my preferences while explaining everything to me. Now we we will never run out of hot water and save on energy too, with our new tank-less water system. I highly recommend Cozy Comfort Plus.

I bought my ac unit 7 years ago from Cozy Comfort and have had no issues at all They were so professional and helpful and the workmanship has proven to be excellent since I have had no isuues I would recommend this company to everyone Keep up the great work guys!!!

Worked on fixing a complex air conditioning problem that required ordering coils and equipment from warranty of manufacturer. Mory worked very hard in installing new equipment and would come back to visit after job done to ensure final work was done

My rental tank water was broken and the company (owner of tank water) gave me hard time and after three days conversation on the phone; They told: " you need to pay almost $50.00 / month instead of $20.00 and you are responsible for 10 years". However, they said in the first call "you will have a replacement in the afternoon" when I call them in the early morning. Then one of my friends introduce Cozy Comfort Plus, Brian spoke with me for around 30-45 minutes and explain all options with advantages and disadvantages, the short long story less than 18 hours; I had a Tankless water heater installed. Their service was great!
