We purchased a 50+ year old house one and a half year ago with a 25 year old Carrier heat pump with electric resistance backup. Although the system was functional, it was clearly designed for another era. Since we were impressed with the durability of the old unit, we contacted Carrier Canada for information on their new products. A few days later we were contacted by Cozy Comfort Plus, a Carrier approved installer. A salesperson came to our house, inspected the old equipment, made sizing calculations and gave us a quote for a new system. He recommended a switch to gas, but since we really liked the idea of a heat pump he adjusted his recommendation to become a Carrier ICS Hybrid Heat system with Infinity control. We were also informed about all applicable energy grants and tax credits that made the deal much easier to afford. About a month later, after gas pipe installation, the installation team showed up and started to work. It took a very long day to install everything. There were a few questions regarding the best placement of the pvc flue pipe, but in the end I am very satisfied with the result. They left the house neat and cleaned up. I must say that I feel very well taken care of by Cozy Comfort Plus. All the way through the project I felt I was part of the team and that Cozy Comfort Plus listened to my requests and answered my questions. How does it work? Just beautifully. The first weeks after installation I went down into the furnace room to check that everything is working since the new furnace is so quiet. Carrier Infinity control is awesome and probably the best available thermostat on the market. I already had confidence in Carrier, now I can add Cozy Comfort Plus to my list of favorites. Joe

In 2005 we bought a high efficiency Carrier furnace and puron a/c put in buy Cozy Comfort. Everyone from the receptionist to the salesman, Sam K. to the technician at that time where exceptional. Today we had our winter maintenance done on our furnace. The service technician Nima was so thorough with the service call I was so amazed that I have to share my experience. He came in during the time specified. Because it was raining he was worried about tracking mud in; he took the furnace apart, vacumed some dust that had accumulated, cleaned the filters and washed out the condensation pump. If that wasn't enough the gentleman took a damp cloth and wiped down the outside of the furnance. He tested the temperature of the intake and the temperature of the vent leading to the house to make sure they where in the right range and then cleaned up the area around where he worked. WOW. He was friendly and efficient. Listen people, if you are in the market for a new furnace or air conditioner give Cozy Comfort a call, it'll be worth it.

It was a pleasure dealing with this company from salesman to install. Dealing with contracting companies can be difficult and frustrating (See Mr Tankless.. actually don't see Mr Tankless) but Dan the sales guy was accurate and delivered what he said. Can't ask for more than that. The real treat was the workmanship. The installers showed up on time and stayed until the job was done. Everything was done properly, pipe seals were checked, pipes were run properly, vents were caulked and above all, clean up was done well. All in all a great experience especially after our terrible experience elsewhere (see above). Great job guys!

My heating furnace needs to be replaced therefore we asked for a quote from different companies. Some are almost the same prices, but the most important for us is to have the service they provide. I called he cozy comfort plus salesperson. The salesperson is not only pleasant but also my countryman. My wife & I decided to give the project to him. The people who installed my furnace are also very pleasant and been able to answer all the questions of my wife. Since they provided me a good service therefore I recommended them to my neighbor and they did changed their furnace as well. My wife received a $50.00 referral fee from Comfort Plus. the only comment I have is that my wife had to call this office for the referral fee that she deserved. My wife didn't know about the referral fee not until my neighbor asker her about it.

We purchased our total cooling & heating system from Cozy Comfort Plas. Price was reasonable, instalation was perfect.We totaly recommend cozy Comfort Plusto our family & friends.thank you Cozy & keep up the good work

I purchased a Carrier electronic air cleaner from Cozy Comfort Plus Inc., which was installed on Sep. 22, 2007. The work was completed in a very professional and efficient way. The installer was very polite, courteous, and friendly. He paid attention to all details to make sure the installation is completed in the best possible way. He kept the work area clean and tidy, and left no rubbish when he left. I would recommend Cozy Comfort Plus Inc. for their excellent products and services.

The price was very reasonable for the products they provided. I had both a furnace and an air conditioner installed about 5 years ago and have had no problems with either one. The guys were knowledgable, friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good service and a good product at a fair price.
