I would like to thank Brian Kar and the team for their professionalism, courtesy, and expertise. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs! Brian was personable and informative and the installers were knowledgeable, polite, and efficient.

I have been working on replacing my corner wood burning fireplace with a gas fireplace for a few months. I contacted and met with 2-3 stores but never felt looked after. I then went into cozy comfort and knew within a couple days I was at the right place. I had concerns about the installation so they sent an installer to my home to look at all the challenges. He did many measurements and even went onto my roof to determine the viability of using my chimney which was important to design of my home. Upon installation day they were respectful of their environment, and communicated throughout the process. It was amazing that at the end of the day I could push a button and enjoy my beautiful new fireplace. The whole process took less then 3 weeks. Thank you cozy comfort.

I had called several companies besides Cozy Comfort but no one seemed to answer . In the end I had 3 come to my home and make their various recommendations re our 30 year old Gas Fireplace . It still worked and my husband was against replacing it but I was worried and figured we were on borrowed time , plus I needed an update and was tired of looking at it . Clearly the previous home owner had done zero maintenance or upkeep . Brian came to my home the same day I called . He took his time and explained all my options to me , including what each model would look like and how it would or would not fit my family's lifestyle and/or needs. He was very courteous and I did not feel pressured to buy . Even when I called him over 1 week later ( lost his business card ) he was enthusiastic and understanding . There was no waiting time as the same week I ordered the work to be done , his workers showed up. I loved that I did not have to wait . Hamid and Mohammed were polite , friendly and very very fast . They were able to remove my old fireplace , cut my brick ( masonry ) and install my new one in 2 hours . I was shocked . Hamid especially was very helpful, explaining every step of the way what he was doing . I will always use these guys for any future projects and recommend them to everyone .

In the fall of 2015, Cozy Comfort installed a gas unit and fireplace in my home. I was very satisfied, and I’ve been extremely happy with the service they have provided since then. Recently I had some concerns with the fireplace. When I called, they told what to do to ensure that it was safe, and sent Mory over to inspect it. He resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. He patiently answered all my questions, and made a couple of adjustments to help me avoid the problem in the future. I would strongly recommend Cozy Comfort.

We had a wood burning fire place with an unusual size which we wanted to convert to natural gas. Was a most difficult task but Brian did not give up spending considerable time until he found a satisfactory solution

I had them in to replace the furnace and water heater. The service was on time and great. Every season they call and come to service the units which is nice to have so I don't have to think about it.

For the past five years, Mory, the technician, has provided exceptional service. He is always pleasant and courteous, answers any questions I may have about my appliances, arrives on time, and takes pride in performing a thorough inspection of my furnace, central air conditioner and media air cleaner.

I used Cozy Comfort to install a new central air conditioner for my home and everything went smoothly. There were no problems and the service was professional and friendly. My AC was not working at the beginning of the summer this year. I called Cozy Comfort, who installed the unit years ago, and they quoted me the best price for coming to inspect and potentially repair it. They told me what the most likely cause was (leak in the coil) and what it would cost to replace. They were right. They fixed it for the price quoted. They did a very professional job and cleaned up very well. I'mm 100% satisfied with the service and will definitely use them again.
