    Great experience

    We have had some hiccups, moving into a new house with a faulty furnace. Cozy Comfort was helpful along the way and the owner Brian was particularly understanding of issues. Sean for Customer Service was especially courteous and accommodating. Recommend Cozy Comfort. Thanks for the service.

    Furnace and Air Conditioning

    I have been using Cozy Comfort Plus for almost 10 years now and have been very happy with their service right from day one. Brian was so helpful in choosing the right furnace and air conditioner, and has always been available if I ever had any questions. I have recommended them to my neighbors who also chose to have Cozy Comfort do installations.

    Furnace/Air Conditioner maintenance

    I called to schedule my usual maintenance service. The call was answered immediately and a date and time were arranged. Mory arrived on time, did the work and took the time to explain a number of things that I found very useful. He cleaned the work site well. He was very friendly and courteous. I would be happy to have him come to do future work as required.

    Buying new furnace

    Their prices are very competitive. They installed the furnace clean and on time . Service staff very professional and polite. They come on annual basis and service my furnace always on time and fees are resonable . They fixed my filter that broke also which was very nice I highly recommend them.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner

    We purchased our heating and air conditioning unit in 2012 and have had Cozy Comfort service the units each year. Our serviceman has been polite, clean, efficient and reliable. His courteous manner and excellent service makes our dealing with this company a pleasure.

    ductless air conditioning

    I would like to thank Cozy Comfort for their professionalism and timeliness in installing the four units in our old Victorian home. It made all the difference this summer and we were able to use the heat aspect to take the chill off this Fall. Thanks very much, Janet in Toronto

    Great service

    Great Customer Service

    Purchased a furnace and A/C from Cozy Comfort. Great pricing and service. I have continued doing my annual maintenance with them. I am completely satisfied with their appointment setup, service personnel and pricing. Highly recommend them for all your HVAC and maintenance needs.p

    SERVICING THE FURNACE AND REPLACE PARTS

    THE SERVICE MAN WAS VERY KIND AND NEET FIXED ALL THE PROBLEMS, I HAD QUESTIONS REGARDS TO MY AIR-CONDATIONS AND HE IS GOING TO COME BACK IN THE SPRING TO SERVICE THEM.

    Heating and Air Conditioning Sales and Service

    We have been dealing with Cozy Comfort Plus for more than 10 years for both our heating and cooling needs. Their service person, Morrie, has always been punctual, pleasant and efficient, making sure he explained the operation and maintenance of the equipment. Cozy's prices have always been fair and, given the care they've taken with our heating and cooling systems, we've had no need for repairs. Diane from Toronto
