I'm sorry to read about your frustration with our service. I would like to clarify a few things concerning your issues: 1. As stated in your invoice, we didn't charge you for the service/diagnostic call but for your annual furnace maintenance, cleaning and tune up for $129 + HST. In an attempt to keep your cost down and provide added value to you, we waved the diagnostic charge which is on its own, $129 + HST when something is wrong with the unit. 2. You have one of the best air cleaners in your house which unfortunately has an expensive filter that you paid for on this invoice. This is an original filter and not an after market version. The price is regularly $199, but is 15% off for Cozy's customers, which brings the price down to $169. A technician's visit is not necessary for filter changes and filters can be bought at various locations at your choice. 3. Our service technician came back again for additional diagnoses. Unfortunately, you were leaving the house and didn't have much time at that moment to stay so he did his quick observation at no extra charge to you. 4. Your review was made on the same day without any call or complaint to our service department or management team. 5. We do not charge hourly but by fixed rate to keep our customers' minds at ease concerning escalating costs due to long hours. When a service/diagnostic call is made, as mentioned above, yes the charge is $129 + HST, plus parts and labour as necessary(a fixed rate), but you do not pay the $129 with each visit concerning that repair. 6. Please, we value you as our customer. If we haven't straighten out a point that may still have you at unease, please call.
