    Service

    I have called because of the system malfunctioning, giving the sensor error. Got a vacuum cleaning of the furnace, and a filter (ok, a filter is needed for the air purifying system. $169 dollars - be aware, you have to replace them yearly and it has the technician visit attached. 169+129+tax). Servicing with Cozy Comfort is uncomfortably expensive. Btw, sensor error is still a mystery, I was told to call again ($130) when it happens. This is not the first time servicing the appliances with this company. It takes usually two visits ($129+tax each). First, the technician is trying to decide what is wrong with your devices and then orders parts, etc. Then comes again to fix. Here you have to pay for the part, visit and hourly rate. I am looking for a new service provider once the warranty is over.

    I'm sorry to read about your frustration with our service. I would like to clarify a few things concerning your issues: 1. As stated in your invoice, we didn't charge you for the service/diagnostic call but for your annual furnace maintenance, cleaning and tune up for $129 + HST. In an attempt to keep your cost down and provide added value to you, we waved the diagnostic charge which is on its own, $129 + HST when something is wrong with the unit. 2. You have one of the best air cleaners in your house which unfortunately has an expensive filter that you paid for on this invoice. This is an original filter and not an after market version. The price is regularly $199, but is 15% off for Cozy's customers, which brings the price down to $169. A technician's visit is not necessary for filter changes and filters can be bought at various locations at your choice. 3. Our service technician came back again for additional diagnoses. Unfortunately, you were leaving the house and didn't have much time at that moment to stay so he did his quick observation at no extra charge to you. 4. Your review was made on the same day without any call or complaint to our service department or management team. 5. We do not charge hourly but by fixed rate to keep our customers' minds at ease concerning escalating costs due to long hours. When a service/diagnostic call is made, as mentioned above, yes the charge is $129 + HST, plus parts and labour as necessary(a fixed rate), but you do not pay the $129 with each visit concerning that repair. 6. Please, we value you as our customer. If we haven't straighten out a point that may still have you at unease, please call.     Boiler service

    Cozy comfort has been servicing our boiler for several years. They are prompt and do a great job. When we had some problems with our boiler they were very helpful in fixing the problem quickly with the least amount of I inconvenience.

    napoleon bbq

    Dealt with the owner Brian who was very pleasant & helpful. He was very knowable regarding the product Napoleon BBQ. His price was the best without any serious negotiations. Will highly recommend Cosy Comfort to my friends. Ed Pepin Etobicoke Ont.

    Furnace and A/C Replacement and maintenance

    Replaced my furnace and A/C- very reasonable price and the Sales Rep helped us access some savings through rebates. We've had the units serviced and the tech Mori was fantastic! He was patient and took the time to explain things and answer questions. There have been some problems with the A/C however Shawn the Service Manager and Mori have tried to work with me to resolve the issues. Overall I would rate it a 7/10 because the service and interactions with staff have been great and professional but problems with the A/C unit after only 3 years.

    furnace and air conditioner

    Cozy installed one furnace and air conditioner and have serviced and repaired both. I am very pleased with their responsiveness and the quality of the people. I intend to continue using them.

    AC/furnace/humidifier maintenance

    They installed all three for me and I have been using them for maintenance, cleaning, etc. They have provided excellent service and the serviceman is very polite and patiently explains and answers queries. Would highly recommend them.

    AC/Air Cleaner Maintenance

    Cozy Comfort Plus was actually recommended by our Alarm Company. We'd come home to a partially flooded basement and needed to resolve the problem asap. The representative carefully talked us through the situation, helped us temporarily stop the flooding and scheduled an appointment for first thing the next morning. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a snafu with scheduling and they didn't come until the following day. That's why we can only give them a 4-star satisfaction rating. They were extremely apologetic about their mistake and the technician who came was fantastic. He was fast, efficient, super personable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. They also took the time to check in with a follow up phone call a few days later. We would highly recommend them.

    CozyComfort=Great service

    Responsive, very competent and absolutely lovely people to deal with. Morrie, the service technician is just terrific. Highly recommended. (This review has to be 30'words or I cannot post it)

    AC and furnace maintenance

    Cozy Comfort Plus installed my AC and Furnace over 9 years ago and I have continued to use them for regular maintenance and repairs. This company has always provided excellent service including: - scheduling prompt service calls - turning up on time - friendly efficient engineers - engineers that fully explain the work and options Cozy Comfort have where possible scheduled the engineer that originally installed the furnace to carry out maintenance which has helped establish a stronger relationship. I would certainly recommend Cozy Comfort for anyone looking to purchase or maintain their furnace.

    Service - part replacement

    The tech. was very professional and knowledgeable. He did the initial yearly maintenance on the HVAN and found a nose in the ventor motor what it startup. @ weeks later he came back and replaced the ventor motor, tested and cleaned the work area after he was finished.
