    Service of my fireplaces and ductless air conditioning

    This is another update to my original 'purchase experience' review which was also 10/10 stars! I had the pleasure of booking a service call at Cozy Comfort Plus and once again the entire team was outstanding. I love going in to the showroom and raving about my cozy comfort fireplaces and ductless air conditioning unit with Brian, Tiffany and Sean; along with any other sales associates that are in the showroom! I am always warmly welcomed and Brian and his team are extremely professional and more than effectively take care of my questions and needs. The service associate was prompt and very professional and was very highly skilled. I highly recommend Cozy Comfort Plus. Here's another 10++ stars' rating! Thanks everyone:)!

    Fireplace conversion from woodburing to gas.

    The salesman, Brian Kar, was extremely helpful. He sat down with us and carefully reviewed all our options and helped us pick the right fireplace to suit our décor. He spent a lot of time with us and offered helpful advice. The installers, Haytham and Asaad, were just great. They were courteous and considerate, wanting to ensure we would be happy with their work. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up everything before they left. I would recommend them highly.

    air conditioner repair

    We had a few companies come out to see our a/c that was not working. They all promised the world, and none could deliver. I was referred to Cozy by a happy neighbor. They came out the next day and were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and for a lot less money than I would have imagined. After a year with no air conditioning Cozy came through for us!!! Thank you.

    New furnace

    This was my fourth furnace or aircon from Cozy Comfort in the past 10 years (I have two furnace/aircons in my house - both have now been fully replaced). Once again, the process was easy and very honest from start to finish. The company leader, Brian Kar, is well known as an outgoing, highly intelligent man who knows his products. This time I was able to meet one of his top sales people, Fred, who I was glad to find was a former technician, so he also knew the products from the inside. Prices are always fair with CC. Installation was efficient, and very sensitive to avoiding disruption and minimizing venting damage. I highly recommend this company.

    Service

    Cozy Comfort originally installed the furnace and ac and just placed a service call and as always the service is pleasant, efficient and will call again when necessary. They are easy to contact and seem to be always available with a smile!

    Maintence

    What great service, I never worry about when I should have my furnace of A/C serviced they call me and remind me, and are great to accomodate my schedule (even when I have to make a last minute change) . The technician called 45 minutes before he arrived which allowed me to walk my dog, that was so helpful, the dog was tired when he arrived making the visit so much more manageable for me. When he arrived he was very polite, and explained so much to me (we had out machine on winter mode not summer mode..I didn't even know that existed) we have a new dog and cat, our previous dog didn't shed, he showed me the filter and explained why I need to change is more often now (he even had an extra on hand so I could buy one and have it available for when I needed it next) he also showed me pictures of what could happen if the service isn't done on a regular basis... the service ensures a longer life for our AC and furnace. The technician explained every part of the bill and even when I asked for another filter he kindly adjusted the bill. He was polite, on time, and efficient...no wasted time he respected my time.     New AC and Furnace Maintenance

    I had used Cozy Comfort before to install a new furnace. When I needed a new AC, I knew I wanted to go back due to their great service and price. However, I took my due diligence and got quotes from other vendors which cemented my decision to stick with Cozy Comfort. I've been pleased with their professionalism and knowledge. They are on time, clean-up after the job, and answered any questions I had. I have also had regular furnace maintenance and couldn't be happier with Cozy Comfort.

    Furnace Maintenance

    Cozy Comfort Plus has done the maintenance work on our furnace for a few years now. Their techs are always generally very respectful, clean, punctual, knowledgeable and pro active with their service.

    Gas fireplace retrofit

    This is a great company. I'm so glad I found them. They were able to customize my wood burning fireplace with minimal disruption to the mantle and now I have a gas burning fireplace which looks unbelievable. They are professional and in a class of their own.

    Excellent Regular Maintenance

    We have used Cozy Comfort Plus for regular maintenance for many years. I ask for a regular technician, Maury, who arrives when promised, does meticulous work and does not seek to upsell. Yes I would definitely recommend this company and Maury in particular.
