    AC repair and servicing at a Commercial Building

    One of the AC units at a commercial property failed to provide the required comfort level for a larger tenant at a commercial building in the downtown core. Sean from Cozy Comfort Plus was able to send one of his technicians within 24 hours to have the problem resolved without further inconvenience to the tenant. The staff at Cozy Comfort Plus are a pleasure to deal with, provide excellent service and most importantly, stand by not only their work but also their word. Thank you very much Cozy Comfort Plus!

    HVAC system

    We have used Cozy Comfort for several years on a HVAC system that is rather unique as it's a compact condominium system for heating & cooling. They have been knowledgeable about this particular system as well as reliable & efficient. Highly recommend them.

    Furnace and AC Upgrades

    I used Cozy Comfort Plus to upgrade my furnace and air conditioner. I am very satisfied with the result and continue to use the company for annul maintenance. They are very responsive, friendly and professional and well priced. Mory is the best service technician I have had the pleasure to deal with.

    Product and servicing

    Cozy Comfort installed and continues to service both my furnace (2011)and my air conditioner (2007). We have been customers for many years and are very pleased with their professionalism and quick service. They are reliable and always get the job done well.

    Ongoing Service

    I have been using Cozy comfort for annual maintenance of both my heating and AC units since I bought both units from them around 5 years ago. They have been very reliable and always show up in the time-frame that they quote. I have been happy with the results and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

    AC & New Furnace Install & Service

    When we needed a new AC & furnace ~5 years ago, the guys from CCP installed new ones quickly & with excellent service from the rep and tech team. Since then they've looked after our annual maintenance with the same friendly & professional service.

    Annual Maintenance and Installation

    We have been doing business with Cozy Comfort Plus for over 10 years. We have hired them to install and maintain 2 ductless units, replace our boiler and repair our gas fireplace. We have been particularly impressed by the excellent service provided by Ramon (who unfortunately retired last year) and Jay. I would recommend them.

    Annual HVAC maintenance

    About 5 years ago, Cozy Comfort installed our newest furnace & air conditioning units and have since serviced them annually. Their repairmen have been efficient, respectful & arrive at my home when scheduled.

    Serving air conditioning and change of ownership of air conditioning unit.

    The service was good. I appreciate the work done and look forward to future service. The person who came to my house examined the air conditioning equipment and explained how it functioned.

    Excellent a/c installation and continued service

    Excellent service, they definitely know what they are doing. Answers all our questions and gives great tips on how to maximize our heat/ac consumption. Always come Within the time range specified and they call to say they are on the way. We have had the same 3 gentlemen for the last 9 yrsand they are Always courteous and respectful.
