    New AC and furnace

    After meeting Brian at the home show in 2016 we called Cozy Comfort (Brian) to assess our heating and cooling issues in our renovated 90 year old semi-detached home. In May (2017) we hired Cozy Comfort to install a new furnace and a/c unit in our home. Brian was knowledgeable and patient answering all our questions (we researched different brands and units) and came up with a solution that met our specific requirements. We had extreme hot and cold spaces on the second floor of the house and space constraints for the A/C and furnace units. The installation was completed in one day and the gentlemen who completed it were professional. We had one small issue after the installation and Brian showed up the next morning to have it taken care of. If you are looking for a professional, customer focused personal touch we would not hesitate in recommending Brian and his team at Cozy Comfort.

    Furnace Replacement

    Our old Furnance was going bad so we called cozy comfort plus for a quote. They gave us the best deal we could find with great reasons why to go with coxy comfort plus. The day of Installation they arrived on time and got it installed by mid afternoon. Everything went great , they even ajusted the air speed correctly after installation and trying out the new furnace. The installers made sure we were happy before he left. I epuld nit hesitate to call this vompany for any of my hvac needs. Thanks Cozy Comfort Plus !

    Fireplace install

    Our fireplace install was very complicated and a lot of ppl told us they couldn't do it. CCP went above and beyond and got the job done quickly and at a great price. Couldn't be happier with Cozy Comfort. Definitely would recommend them to all my friends and family. Jay

    Furnace

    My furnace was not working properly and will turn 20 years old next year. When i called for a technician they suggested I look into a new furnace. I decided to look into one. Fred, the Salesman from Cozy Comfort, drove our house in the west end of Mississauga during a snow storm. He was polite, helpful and very professional. two days later the technician showed up early in the morning and installed my new furnace. He worked without a break and was polite, very professional and pleasant. Six hours later my house was warm and everything is working fine. Cozy Comfort has since called to check on the furnace. I was very pleased with their work and costumer service.

    Fire Log Set replacment

    Brian and his team of professionals, Haytham, Joe, Mory are true professions who dealt with any issues quickly and professionally. They took great care in ensuring the job was done correctly, neatly and to code to our complete satisfaction.

    gas fireplace installation

    good..... installers haytham and joe were awesome. worked well, quick, precise, clean, arrived before scheduled time, and took time to explain operating the unit. not so good.....salesman led me to believe the unit would be boxed and dry walled for me. that was not the case. now I have to find someone to do this extra step for me...didn't realize the extra lights were the lights needed to light stones on bed of unit which were supposed to be yellow gold but look black to me.....verbal is not written. pft. bad......inconsistencies in communication between company employees led to wrong unit being delivered....and that unit was even missing parts. installers had to leave site and go get correct unit. half of the day wasted because of this in addition to being inconvenienced that the work area was not ready for me to either paint or apply stonework to finish.

    Sold and installed new fireplace and beautiful stone mantle

    I answered an ad in the Post. I spoke to the owner who set up an appointment. When we met he was very easy to deal with. His prices were extremely competitive but more importantly I found his people to be very accommodating. The project was finished on time. Everything went as planned. What a great surprise. I just got a call from one of their people one year later to service the fireplace, as a result they will now sell me a fire place. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to anyone.

    Gas Fireplace Insert

    Since August 2016, my husband and I have been researching gas fireplace inserts to replace our existing wood burning fireplace. Upon my sister's recommendation, I contacted Cozy Comfort Plus and visited their showroom. We met with Brian several times, and over the course of a few months, made our decision on the fireplace insert design. I had a multitude of questions, all of which were answered patiently and carefully by Brian. On the day of the install, November 2, 2016, the technicians, Haytham and Joe, were great. As I have experienced with many projects on our older home, unusual situations often present themselves and these experienced technicians dealt with them wonderfully. They were knowledgeable, quick, clean and tidy. When my family returned home at the end of the day, they were amazed that such a big job had been done so quickly. The gas fireplace is beautiful and has already, in this short time, made a huge difference to the environment in our home. Thank you to the staff at Cozy Comfort Plus!!!

    Install two Mitsubishi Slim Ductless heat pumps

    After obtaining quotes from several other companies for the same equipment, I contacted Cozy Comfort. The price was very competitive and the time to start was the shortest. The work was difficult due to the slope of the ground that they had to deal with as well as the high height of installation. They completed the work to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend. In addition I was surprised to learn afterwards that there was a manufacture's rebate for each unit, which made it even better.

    AC Install

    I needed to replace my air conditioner and had called a few places to obtain quotes. I was recommended Cozy Comfort by a friend of mine and met with Brian. I was really impressed with his knowledge and liked his calm and helpful manner. He did not pressure me into anything outrageous and even advised me about available rebates. The guys who eventually installed my AC unit went above and beyond fitting the unit. I had some electrical issues and unit placement issues and they spent a long time figuring out solutions. I am very happy with the professionalism and courtesy and highly recommend this company.
