    Curnace and Air Conditioner Replaced

    Just had our 15 year old Lennox Furnace and 30 year Old York Air Conditioner replaced with a New Lennox Furnace and A/C. We were concerned with choosing the wright size Furnace and A/C to replace the old units and did not want to oversize or undersize the equipment. Robert from Cozy Comfort listen to our concerns, gave us his input and helped us with the selection of the units, his advice was very helpful and although Cozy Comfort were not the lowest bid we decided to go with them. The two technicians from Cozy Comfort, Haytham and Joe did excellent installation work. They were very professional, competent and courteous. All debris was removed basement area and the outside area were left very clean. Cozy Comfort put through all the paperwork for the registrations, warranties and rebates. Tiffany called us when it was done, told us how to access the Lennox site and OPA site to track the progress. We highly recommend Cozy Comfort considering the service, and support we received.

    They go above and beyond

    We bought a furnace from Cozy a couple years ago, after researching many companies, and their service, recommendations, installation and pricing were all great. This week our furnace stopped working, and we couldn't figure out why. We called in and they tried to help us troubleshoot it over the phone, to no avail. Right away the next morning Fred came over to have a look, and he found that I had put something against the intake vent outside, so no air was getting in. Fred didn't charge us anything, even though he could have and I bet more other companies would have. We love these guys they're not just there to get the sale.

    New A/C

    Rapid response from company. Rep came the next day. Friendly & helpful. Three day (over a weekend) & unit was installed, up & running. Great service, great job. Kudos to Farad, Haytham and Joe.

    Happy with Cozy Comfort

    I purchased a new air conditioner in August 2016 from Cozy Comfort. Shortly after it was installed I found out they installed a 2010 unit instead of a current model. Cozy Comfort said they were not aware it was a 2010 model. I had discussions with Brian at Cozy Comfort and in the end they replaced the 2010 unit with a 2016 unit. The installation people were very nice and efficient. I am happy that Cozy Comfort took the steps to fix the problem to my satisfaction.

Unfortunately, it’s an oversight on our part which we did not review the date in which the unit was built. We usually purchase our units by the model number. After this was brought to our attention, we consulted the manufacturer on the matter at once, to confirm whether or not the unit was up to standard. They assured us that the unit is exactly the same and there was no changes to this unit. The warranty start date begins on the day of installation, so you are actually covered for ten years on parts. Furthermore, we will be reviewing our inventory and sales process to prevent this from ever happening in the near future. Thank you, we really appreciate your feedback!

    Ductless air conditioning installation

    I hired this company to install a pair of Mitsubishi ductless air conditioning units on 2 floors of my house. Fred Farhanchi was my first point of contact and was extremely helpful. I had called several other companies who specialized in this and I never received a call-back. Fred was courteous, informative and punctual when he arrived at my home to discuss the units and the installation. Once we went over the costs, I ordered the units and they were able to guarantee installation within a few days which was great considering I gave them very short notice. When Haytham and Joe arrived to install the units, they spent the better part of the day working around my very quirky home which has its limitations in terms of access for the outdoor unit, etc. They were courteous, professional and went out of their way to navigate some of the challenges of my house. They did it all with a great attitude, were super friendly and in the end, did a very professional job. I would highly recommend Cozy Comfort Plus as their service is top notch!

    Air conditioner and furnace upgrading

    I just had my air conditioner and furnace replaced with a pair of Carrier Infinity equipment. The new system was installed a few days ago to replace an old Lennox furnace and a 35 years old Carrier a/c. I am totally satisfied with the new Carrier Infinity system with the touch pad control. This is a second time I dealt with Cozy Comfort Plus. The first project was to install 2 sets of Carrier furnace/ac in my rental property, and I was quite impressed with Brian (the owner) and his staff in handling the work. Therefore I chose Cozy Comfort to help me with the system in my home. Knowing how Cozy Comfort set the pricing, and their competency, I didn’t have to bargain with them about the price; trusting that Brian is fair in the pricing. I only looked at the total amount to make sure it is within my budget. This way we both saved a lot of time and finally arrived at the decision on the Carrier Infinity. Robert of Cozy Comfort gave me a lot of technical inputs in the selection of the equipment, which I really appreciate. He is technically competent and has many years of experience in HVAC fields, so I find his advises quite helpful. I even asked him to come to my home twice before I finalized the decision. Looking back, Robert’s advise to me on the selection of the equipment that best suit my requirements, I saved several thousand dollars by taking his advise seriously. The two technicians of Cozy Comfort, Haytham and Joe did excellent installation work. They are very professional and competent. My basement was finished with drywall ceiling, and I told them that they could cut the ceiling for running the copper pipes of the a/c if they have to. They ran the pipes without destroying my ceiling after carefully checking all possibilities. Raytham and Joe would have discussion about the work in order to achieve the best installation. The work they did was much better than the installation of the old a/c; it appears much neater and safer. All staff of Cozy Comfort were very courteous, friendly, and respectful of my property and privacy. I enjoy having them to help me with the upgrading of my HVAC system. The entire process from planning to the complete installation is not stressful as I was afraid it might be. I highly recommend considering the services of Cozy Comfort for new or upgrade of HVAC system.

    Heat Pump

    We would recommend Cozy Comfort Plus. We researched various companies for the best heating solution for an 80 year old home with electric baseboard heating. We decided that a heat pump was the best option for us. After numerous conversations and lots of back and forth, we decided to hire Cozy Comfort Plus to do the job. We STRONGLY recommend reviewing every aspect of your installation with the salesperson/owner, Brian BEFORE installation day. Ensure that he has answered all of your questions and you have left nothing to chance. This will save you unnecessary aggravation and leave no miscommunication issues with the sales team. We had such an issue arise with our job, but eventually Brian was gracious enough to remedy the problems we had experienced within the sales process. The heat pump is an amazing addition to our home and provides A/C in the summer and HEAT in the winter. The installation team: Haytham & Joe were the BEST and most knowledgeable install guys that we could have worked with. They were also patient, kind, respectful and answered all of the questions that we had about the unit. When they had to come back a second day to remedy a major issue we had from day 1, they were absolutely 10 stars! Their work was neat, tidy, and simply PERFECT! Thank you Cozy Comfort Plus and especially Haytham & Joe for their tremendous installation work!

    Replaced Furnace, A/C and Watertank

    Furnace and a/c were quite old, and had been giving me problems the past few years. Heard about Cool Comfort Plus from a friend of mine. They were great. Salesperson was knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy. Quality of work was excellent including good attention to detail, including the nice furnace drain mount shown in the picture. Furnace and A/C work great and are VERY quiet. Overall, very happy!

    New thermostat installation & furnace/air conditioner tune up

    Back in 2009 we had air conditioner and furnace installed by Cozy Comfort Plus. We had some issues - the technician did not install some parts of the furnace correctly and technician did not show as scheduled. Back then Brian was the district manager and he was prompt in getting the issue resolved. Since we had such good service from Brian (now the owner), we decided to give Cozy Comfort Plus a second chance. The technician appeared to be very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We were very satisfied with service we received both from the technician and Brian.

    Gas Fireplace insert

    We had a wood burning fireplace that we weren't using because of the hassle and mess, yet we really needed to warm up the basement area it was in. The job was tricky but Fred of Cozy Comfort figured it out and sent over two very competent, respectful installers who were considerate and worked diligently, leaving the place clean when completed. We chose a Valor Radiant gas fireplace which was a bit more expensive but we went with it because of the customizable range of heat it provided. Now we have a cozy comfortable basement. Thank you very much to Cozy Comfort Plus!
