    Heating and Cooling System

    We recently had a new Carrier furnace and A/C system installed by Cozy Comfort Plus and our experience has been very satisfying. Options were fully and patiently explained by Brian, and the technicians Jay, Joe and Ethan were punctual, professional and courteous. They worked with care and efficiency and provided excellent on-site advice about how to make the best use of our new system in our unique space. Nikki in the office was also very helpful and responsive. Based on our experience to date, we would recommend Cozy Comfort Plus without reservation and would not hesitate to contract them again for any future work.

    Lennox Furnace

    I bought a Lennox Furnace from Cozy Comfort Plus. I am quite happy with the product. The salesperson was honest and helpful. The installers did a good job and acted in a professional and polite manner.

    Tankless water heater repair

    Cozy comfort was called to repair a leaking tankless water heater. After a diagnostic charge of $170 and a labour charge of $384, they still did not fix the unit. It took them 1 week to get to this point ( Monday to Friday). Each day, They said they would call back and return in the morning. I had to call each morning to see if they were coming back. Each time they said someone would return in the evening. By the end of the week, I said I would not pay any more money until the unit was fixed and working. They said that is not how they did business. By the end of the week the technician said he could not fix the unit and said someone would call me on Monday to give me a good price on a new unit. Guess what? They did not call. The unit was not fixed. The manager Javier was too busy to talk to me on Friday after a week without hot water. They took $550 from me and I have nothing to show for it except frustration. I had to call another company to fix the problem. Someone came the vey next day to resolve the problem.

    Hello Ron, It is unfortunate that we were unable to repair the damaged tankless water heater, even though you had purchased it elsewhere and it had already been improperly repaired previously for the very same issue, by another company. While we successfully install and repair hundreds of tankless water heaters with no issue every year, in your particular situation the heat exchanger was damaged and as our service technician explained, we had to special order a part from the manufacturer's distributor which was completely out of our control. We agree this took far longer than we would have liked. Ultimately it turned out the unit could not be repaired, even with that part and we were disappointed as you were and as such, we offered you a significant refund, or the option to purchase a new unit, which was required, for a very fair price. After speaking with you the first time, I stared my investigation, reviewing all the telephone conversation, reading all the note, we have tried to call you and coming back to your house several times to make this right, but you have not returned any of our calls.     tankless water heater

    Cozy Comfort Plus installed our tankless water heater when we moved into our home 7 years ago and have always been very prompt with service for the heater. Whenever we've had a problem or question they have been able to get back to us quickly and efficiently.

    Faulty Furnace

    During the January cold snap our furnace stopped working for a couple of hours. Eventually it turned back on but only to stop working again 1 hour later. One of the service men from Cozy was the first to respond to our call after we found out our regular guy (at another company) was sick. He came out to the house promptly, did a quick diagnosis on our system and suggested that there wasn't anything to fix at this time. He told us to give him a call if we experienced anymore downtime and went on his way. The furnace has been working fine ever since He very easily could have told us that a switch or other component needed to be replaced, but he didn't. Thank you for your honesty and integrity.

    Fireplace, Regency

    We had an old gas log set. It was pretty to look at but not to feel. No heat! Now we have a beautiful fire and tons of heat. We love it. Regency has a great product. Cozy Comfort did a great job of introduction and installation.

    Gas Insert

    The guys at Cozy are phenomenal. Our job wasn't simple, and after talking to 5 experienced dealer/installers decided to go with Cozy Comfort. Brian helped find the right unit to match our style, and Heytam the Master installer and Joe is assistant installer went well above and beyond.

    Furnace

    I am a repeat customer at Cozy Comfort Plus. I purchased my first Furnace from them in 2001. I bought the unit for a very reasonable and fair price back then. They did a great job in terms of installation and I never had any problem with the furnace. The only service which was ever done on my Furnace was the annual tune up. Cozy Comfort plus always reminded me about doing the annual tune ups every year and I should say that this service greatly increases the efficiency of my furnace. Based on this positive experience, I purchased a new Furnace for my daughter’s house in September, 2011. Cozy Comfort Plus, once again, proved to me that they have the best and the most experienced team in Toronto. I definitely encourage those who are planning to purchase a new furnace to get a consultation from this company. You will see how experienced they are. Brian cares a lot about his customers. He took as much time as he saw fit to help me and my family choose our desired unit and we really appreciate him for all his helps. I would also like to comment on their services. During the ice storm last week, one of my furnaces stopped working. I called the office and they sent me an experienced technician at 9:00 PM. Only a company who cares about its customers would have such great services. Thank you Cozy Comfort Plus.

    Gas fireplace insert

    Despite the inconvenience of a two day power failure in our house in Toronto in December 2013, we were still able to enjoy some heat in the house; thanks to the gas fireplace insert we were lucky to have had Cozy Comfort Plus install last November. We were glad that the gas fireplace doesn't require any electricity to function. Brian with his Cozy Comfort Plus team did a great job installing the fireplace in one day. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to keep their family warm in the winter.

    Gas Fireplace Installation

    I did my research and looked around, ultimately choosing Cozy Comfort Plus who had the best selection of fireplaces and friendly quality service. They did a great job installing a beautiful Marquis gas fireplace the day before the big ice storm hit the GTA. It was the only heat my family had in the house for nearly a week, until Hydro finally restored the power. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to keep their family safe and warm in the winter. Gas fireplaces are a far more efficient, environmentally friendly and powerful source of heat than wood or electric and they don't require electricity, so we are always prepared for the next power outage. Thanks to Brian and the team for everything.
