I had a Cozy Comfort technician come to repair my compressor and considering it is the hottest day of the year I was glad I could find someone to come on such short notice. My wife was home at the time and the tech identified the issue (needed a new capacitor) but before my wife had the chance to call me to discuss, the tech had already replaced the capacitor and added refrigerant. Now I am not an air conditioner technician but I do understand how these things work (I have an engineering degree) and my wife made it clear that we wanted to discuss the repairs before anything was done. However we were not given this opportunity and the tech said "I do not work that way". I never agree to a repair without knowing the cost and fortunately for everyone is was only $400 and not enough to make an issue out of. While I am happy my air conditioner is working again, I am not happy with Cozy Comfort and their repair technician. I would highly recommend using another company unless you are desperate like we were.

Met Brian at the Home show where I went specifically to get a deal on a Carrier high efficiency furnace. Brian came to the house and provided a weath of information on our HVAC system. Purchased the 96 Carrier with the Infinity controller. Hydro bill dropped $60 for Feb/March period. The furnace is so quiet that even standing beside it you have to listen carefully to see if it is running. The low fan setting saves money and keeps the house evenly heated. Brian is knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. We are now having a high efficiency heat pump/AC system intalled by Cozy Comfort in a few weeks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone considering HVAC updates.

He took the time to do a thorough inspection of the area. They offered us a very competitive price for their product. We would recommend you giving them a quote first before any other place so you have a good sense of what to expect.

We purchased and installed one Lennox Furnace, one Lennox Air condition, Media Air- cleaner, Humidifier and Hot water tank last year in March. The salesperson was very informative and explained all our questions to our satisfaction. As for the installation, everything still works one year later, with no major problems. The job was a big one and it it took the installers a full day just to disassemble and remove the old furnace (1970s vintage monster), so I will give some leeway to this review. All of the old waste was removed cleanly. However, due to the extended removal time, this meant that we were without heat for that night and most of the next day. We were not informed ahead of time that we would be without heat for the night, and being March, the house got very cold. Luckily I already had a couple radiant room heaters in storage, otherwise we would have had to find somewhere else to sleep. Some other minor complaints which keep this from being a 10 start review are: - plaster and cement debris was left around and under the new water heater. Otherwise the area was left clean. - the opening in the wall for the piping to the A/C was not sealed correctly (I later used some spray foam to seal it). It was only loosely packed with some loose foam sheeting. Bottom line: Everything was installed and works fine. Price was reasonable. Some minor complaints.

Cozy Comfort checks and services my A/C and heating condition annually, and I am very pleased with the service they have provided to me. I annually renew my A/C and heating condition insurance with this company. Overall, I am very satisfied with the annual maintanance I recive from this company.

Called Cozy Comfort in to look at an old boiler system, and recommend an air conditioner system (attic based or ductless). Brian gave us very thoughtful and good advice, and recommended changing the system to a forced air furnace and a/c. His team did the installation very quickly and professionaly. We are very happy with the work. We had a very bad experience with a previous HVAC company (Active Temp Control) who did an air conditioner and furnace install on our old house, so we were very careful, checked the contract carefully and monitored the installation. The difference between the two companies is huge. Definitely worth it to pay a little bit more money for a proper professional installation. Thank you to Cozy Comfort!
