The company is truly top rated and we were very satisfied. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and spent the time to ensure we were choosing the right product and size. In addition, the service staff completed the job quickly and cleanly, and they did a follow-up the week after to ensure everything was working ok. We had done some shopping around and I must admit the price we got from Cosy Comfort Plus was very reasonable, especially for the top of the line Carrier models. Also, they were very helpful in arranging a home energy audit for government rebates. Overall, we were refunded almost 50% of the cost of this project within the first 6 months. And with more efficient furnaces, our gas bills have been reduced by about 30%, so I am guessing these furnaces will pay for themselves within 3 to 5 years. Cozy Comfort Plus has been the one heating and air conditioning company we have used over the last 15 years. In our first home they replaced our furnace, installed a programmable thermostat and were prompt when we called with problems. In our recent renovation they provided a new tankless water heater, solved the installation problems, replaced all our radiator pipes with new plastic pipes, and have always been available when we have had questions. I rarely give 10/10 in reviews (hence the 9) but I would definitely highly recommend them.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

One particularly cold October, the gas company shut off our gas and issued a warning that we needed to replace our old furnace before they would restore supply. With temperatures dropping by the day, Cozy Comfort Plus quickly helped us find the best option for our house-size and budget. Although the furnace we chose had to be shipped directly from the factory in the US, Cozy Comfort Plus worked fast and our new high-efficiency furnace was installed within days. From the sales person’s expert knowledge and advice, to the installer’s professionalism and determination despite limited access to the small space available, the entire Cozy Comfort Plus experience was second to none. I had Cozy Comfort install and HVAC system for us a few years ago. I had moved to the U.S and was looking to install a new system. Brian from Cozy Comfort helped me select the best system, source the best price and oversee the project where a local installer did the labor. He screened all the initial suppliers I had found and made them seem like rookies given his wealth of knowledge. His expertise crosses borders and he saved me over $15K on my project vs. dealing with local companies. We received a new furnace from Cozy Comfort plus - couldn't have asked for more. Friendly repairmen, efficient service and affordable price. We even wanted some of the PVC tubing moved so that we could make more room in the hallway, and they did it easily, and with no charge. We had to replace the furnace in our house with a new one last winter. A friend introduced us to Cozy Comfort and we are grateful to that friend for this referral as the job was done in a very efficient and professional manner in a cold winter day. Cozy Comforts Plus did an incredible job of installing a new hot water tank in my home. The new venting that was required was an enormous challenge to run and needed to traverse a closed in ceiling and exit through the foundation. My air conditioner broke down during a heat wave and Cozy Comfort was able to come out quickly to take a look. The air conditioning was fixed quickly and cost about $400 which was not cheap. The problem was that the company ran the amount through my credit card twice. I didn't pick this up until I received my credit card statement. Cozy Comfort did reverse the charge but not until 10 days after it was put through and the reversal didn't make the current statement. When I called the credit card company, I was told that I would have to pay both charges and if I didn't, interest would be charged on the unpaid amount. I'm not to impressed about having been double billed.Answer from pro:

Double billing on Visa's does rarely happen at Cozy Comfort Plus, but errors do happen. I would like to thank you for the nice things you said about us, except for the double billing.
