In March 2010 Cozy World installed a new furnace and water heater in my basement. Service was excellent; all equipment is still working perfectly well. This year, during the basement renovation in my absence, something was made to the furnace and it stopped operating. Just when it was good below zero outside. I discovered it late in the night and did not know where to call and where to look for help. Cozy World, after 3 years past, responded my call for help. Boris, the owner of Cozy World, immediately understood that I was freezing in my cold house in absence of working furnace. Fred came early in the morning despite the fact that he had a lot of scheduled visits that morning. He was so skilled and professional that the damage was diagnosed in a minute, my furnace was repaired, and my house and I were saved! Great job, Fred! I am so grateful to Boris and Fred, real professionals, very responsible and sympathetic people. Strongly recommend this company to everybody.
