From the first meeting until the post-installation follow-up communication, things were handled very professionally with Boris and his team. Any questions I had were answered with a balanced view and in the end, some upgrades that I was actually considering doing, were actually not recommended (not needed). I appreciate doing business with a straight-shooting person. As mentioned in other posts, some minor items in my original set-up were done improperly and Cozy World took care of it gratis. Boris definitely belongs among the top of the Homestars Stars!

I called majestic indoor air for a BBQ line he did a great job running the line to where I wanted, he sealed the hole, and the price was reasonable too .. thanks for a great job fred.

I have used majestic indoor air several times. Recently I started seeing water around my furnace I called majestic, Fred came by and showed me what the problem was, he fixed it on spot and also he checked the rest of the furnace made sure everything is fine .. I highly recommend majestic indoor air ..

Fred gave an estimate on the phone and then came on time. He assessed the furnace and then drove to Mississagua in rush hour to get the motor. He came back and installed the motor in 15 min. He explained everything and was very polite. I will definetly be recommending this company

I have been having problem with my furnace. I had a company at my house they couldn't find what the problem was after several visit. I called majestic indoor air Fred was prompt, found and fix the problem in one visit, now my furnace is running. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend majestic to everyone who has problem with their heating system.

From our initial phone call requesting information through to the installation of our new equipment majestic has delivered everything that was promised and then Fred was extremely knowledgeable not only about the products but also about the other equipment of the house. He answered all of my questions and never once made me feel foolish. Fred was also here on the installation date. arrived right on schedule. Even though they had to take out our very old and dirty equipment, then install the new equipment, you would never know by looking downstairs. They left everything spotless. When they finished they sat down with me to explain how the new equipment worked and taught me how to use the new thermostat. Majestic has shown themselves to be a company with integrity and deliver what they say they will. I would recommend Majestic to anyone looking to have their old equipment fixed or replaced.

All I can say is that Fred was phenomenal. His professionalism, workmanship and his patience in explaining the furnace to me was a relief to my worries. He made sure that I was satisfied and was comfortable with the product I had selected, His workmanship was excellent. He cares about what he does and puts his name to his work. Fred was very professional. Did a very clean job and also noticed that our HRV intake our builder had installed, was close to the exhaust furnace vent. I would highly recommend Fred. He was available to come and do the job quick and very professionally. Will definitely use his services again as he is a very reliable and professional.
