Fred came out to my house and did an outstanding job fixing my furnace, he was at my house right on the time window he gave me and didn't try to sell me a new furnace that I didn't need, I will definitely call him again if required.

These guys are professional and friendly and very efficient!! they looked at my furnace and they knew what the problem was they called a few places to get the best price for the needed part. and within an hour they came back with the new part and fixed my furnace .. If you are reading this and you are looking for furnace repair man give these guys a call. you'll love them ..

Our 19-year old furnace was Red Tagged and shut off yesterday. Two of my friends had furnaces replaced by Cozy World. We decided to try them. At 5 pm Boris from Cozy World was already in our home to provide us with the options. It turned out that the old furnace was twice the size what we actually needed for our bungalow. Today we already got our new furnace. It's quiet, nicely heats the house and looks good with the new ductwork. I am glad I listened to my friends. Thanks to Boris (Owner), Fred(Installer), and their helper.

In my parents house the furnace died in the end of January, 2012. I found Cozy World on Homestars and called him because of good reviews. In total, I received three quotes, from three different contractors. Of the three Boris was the only one to come to my parents house the same day to check the job. Also, of the three he was the only one to fully examine the house in order to properly size the furnace. In doing so he pointed out some other inefficiencies with air flow and some blocked ducts which later Fred the installer fixed free of charge! After reviewing the quote which included an A/C unit and humidifier and some extras like winter cover and extended warranty we gave him our "go ahead" on Saturday. On Monday we already had a new Goodman furnace installed. We like everything about the new furnace - it's quiet and keeps the house warm. Between that, the evaluation, the install, the extras and the price. I will recommend Cozy World to my friends and relatives.

Fred installed us a new humidifier his price was better than other companies I called. He is an honest fellow who takes pride of his work and he is great with his customers.

In the middle of the winter our furnace died. First Boris came to check our needs. Then Fred with his helper installed the furnace and the air conditioner. Everything is working great. The crew did a great ob.

Majestic indoor air was referred to us by a neighbor. we called him last night because our furnace seemed to have random problems where it failed to start or randomly shut off, Fred was prompt, professional and very efficient. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and changed the broken part with a new part he had in his truck.. Majestic Indoor Air is highly recommended by us and also our neighbor is very happy with his new furnace installation .

My furnace stopped working (no heat!) a couple of weeks ago. I called Fred in the evening I found this and he answered promptly! By asking me a few questions about the furnace and behavior I see, Fred mentioned it is likely that the pipe is clogged and water is getting into the motor. Next morning, Fred arrived at 8am (Saturday!) and very professionally showed me the problem and fixed it. Not only that, he cleaned the burners as well! This is the second time I had Fred fix my furnace (first time it was 4 years ago) . I would recommend Fred to anyone who is looking to repair/service the furnace. Thank you Fred!

We needed to give heat to our garage because we keep a jet ski and bunch of stuff in our garage. We talked to 3 contractors everyone gave us different ideas. We liked Fred's idea better than the rest, he installed a garage unit heater he brought gas line from the garage and he vented the heater from the roof, so its not taking any space on the ground I was really concern about loosing space on the garage floor, the other two contractors suggested me to get a furnace which would take quite bit of space.The service was friendly and prompt an overall great job.I Would recommend Majestic Indoor Air without hesitation.

I hired Majestic Indoor Air to install a gas line for my gas stove I recently bought, although my basement is finished! Fred managed to run the steel gas line in to where my stove is, I have no idea how he did the job but I am very happy with my new stove, I would never use an electric stove again. Fred installation has Definitely met our expectations and more I wouldn't even consider using any other company for doing heating air-conditioning work .
