I got Fred phone number from his uncle who has been my mechanic for 10 years I called Fred in the past summer for air-conditioning problem He is just as good as a technician as his uncle ( I guess it runs in the family lol) 2 nights ago my furnace broke at 7.00 pm fred was here at 8 and the furnace was fixed by 8.30, you cant ask for a better technician in my opinion. very technical professional polite and fair . I most defiantly recommend everyone to use majestic indoor air when they are in need of heating and air-conditioning technician ,

I found majestic indoor air in yellow pages when I tried to install my house a new digital thermostat, and I thought I broke the furnace, when I spoke to Fred who by the way answered his phone unlike other companies, he said most likely I did something wrong with installing the thermostat. I had him to come to my house and for a service charge he did a proper thermostat installation and he checked over my furnace also, Majestic Indoor Air is a company you really can rely on.

Our furnace, on the coldest day of the year, breaks down. One call to Boris and within 2 hours a technician is at our home to diagnose the problem. We are told the heat exchanger is cracked and needs replacement. Our warranty also coveres for the replacement of the old furnace with a NEW furnace. In less than 24 hours, a new furnace is delivered and installed. Boris, was extremely professional, efficient and thorough. No hassles or need to negotiate. Complete satisfaction on every aspect, from initial call to follow up. Thanks very much for your help Boris.

we recently got new hardwood floor and our contractor told us to have good amount of humidity inside our house or the hard woods would get damage . my sun in law referred me to Majestic Indoor Air, I contacted them, they scheduled me right away for installation and now my little humidistat show that I have 40 percent humidity instead 15 .I highly recommend Majestic Indoor Air to everyone and I am keeping their business card right on my furnace in case I have a emergency furnace problem in future

I contacted Fred from Majestic when my furnace broke down on a weekend in the middle of the winter. He was prompt to answer my phone call he did everything he could to help me out and scheduled Monday morning for a new furnace installation, Fred acts very seriously on emergency matters and he looks after his customers

I called majestic indoor air when my furnace stopped working last night Farhad (fred) got here as soon as he could . He found the problem quickly which was a faulty thermostat and changed it with the one he had in his truck . Three month after the install seems like a good time to write a review. It`s long enough to get used to the new rhythm, yet the memory is still fresh. We replaced our 20-year old oil furnace and 30-year old heat pump with a 95% Goodman 2-stage 70,000BTU furnace, and a 2-ton Goodman AC. And we love it! (Haven`t tried the AC yet.) We got several quotes from other contractors but I found Majestic Indoor Air to be the main selling point. OK, that and the 10-yr parts & labor warranty that he included at no charge. And he took the most time of any contractor who costed the job. That meant that his quote price was the actual invoice price. No surprises. The installation itself was a difficult one, involving the drilling of 4 holes through 2 walls (1 wall concrete, other brick) for the intake and exhaust lines. And Fred and tahir, took extra special care not to damage my electrical wires and TV cable when they put in the new gas and AC lines through the wall. All my questions were answered,the new gas line is all black iron rigid pipes one inch and he has a nice machine set up inside the truck for gas piping which I was amazed with and my only complaint was a thermostat with degree Fahrenheit , which Fred helped to change it over the phone next day. We are very happy with our experience with Cozy World. Boris the salesperson and the 2 installers were very thorough and professional. We now have a new 2-speed furnace which does a more even job of heating our home and also uses less fuel and electricity. We feel we got the right furnace for our particular situation and Cozy World's price was better than the the other 2 companies we had quote. The day of installation went smoothly and they left the room relatively clean, despite having to drill through the cement and brick wall to put in the new exhaust pipes in.
