Very satisfied with the work that was done by Cozyworld. I needed a new AC installed after my current one started to leak. Robert was super patient in explaining the issues over the phone and after realizing there was an issue with the size of the AC and its fit to the furnace, came to my house for an hour to make sure that I was got the right AC. On installation day, Saeed and team was very courteous and did a thorough job installing the unit while respecting COVID protocols. Very happy with the company.

I wanted to replace the original and aging furnace and air conditioner which has been a long overdue project for me. Consultation: Robert was very personable and professional in understanding my needs and to explain my options to decide what I wanted. He was very reasonable to explain what would work well for my specific scenario and what would be less practical. There was never any upsell or push at all which is very appreciative. Installation: Saeed and team were very thorough, and thoughtful in doing an awesome job, to not only install everything skillfully, but also clean up nicely after the installation. I was very happy to see how clean and thorough of a job they did, especially on the little, easily overlooked things like nice sealing, clean wiring, while working in a very organized manner. Conclusion: If you do enough research, you’ll notice that a lot of advice mentioning that the quality of the install will determine your furnace and air conditioner’s longevity more-so than the manufacturer you decide on go with. The very next day after installation, it was a very hot day and the air conditioner has kept my home cooler than it has ever been before on a 30+C. Both Robert and Saeed did an excellent job from a customer care and also from the technical installation perspective. They are definite assets to Cozy World that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

After securing 2 other quotes out of due diligence from other "Premier" dealers, Cozy World's quote was the best priced for the same equipment, making the choice to go again with them even easier. They worked with me to secure an installation date, and greatly appreciated their flexibility and understanding, especially in the midst of COVID-19. Their team followed all Ontario Health & TPH protocols, where during installation, my family felt safe especially during the period of Provincial lockdown. A tankless water heater, A/C, furnace, humidifier, air cleaner, and thermostat were all installed in one day. When the installation team did so as promised, I was pleasantly surprised, solving a venting problem that the original installer of my old equipment never solved (furnace room is next to garage). The new system is working well without any problems or issues. Could immediately feel the difference in my home's comfort. Have no hesitation recommending Cozy World x2 to friends and family.

Theses guys are very professional and do things the right way. Robert from Cozy world was upfront about the process and helped me choose the right size and type of the AC unit. Saeed from their company did the final installation. He was very transparent. He showed me the original coil and compressor unit and made it easy for me to observe the installation process every step of the way. I absolutely recommend them for your HVAC needs.

My review is a little late but we had our A/C unit and our furnace replaced. Extremely professional and clean . First use of the A/C unit this summer and a world of difference from our last unit , same with the furnace. We are very pleased with Cozy world and thier service.

Thank you to Cozy World Inc for coming to my house within two hours of my calling to diagnose and fix my AC and furnace which the day before another company had rendered beyond repair. Rahim was so professional and quickly fixed both for less than $300. Rahim identified a burned out fuse and a faulty thermostat. Problem solved! Thank you!! I am very grateful and from now on will use this company. I highly recommend.

A pleasant, knowledgeable technician resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. He had the required part and after installation checked the rest of the system to make sure there were no other issues.

Excellent service. Crew came over in April 2021 to replace our air conditioner. They did the job diligently and neatly. A couple of minor unforeseen tasks came up, but they did those at no extra charge as promised for the job.

Saeed and his team did a really nice job installing the furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, & tankless hot water last Friday. They were very professional, answered all our questions, and put in great attention to detail to make sure everything worked properly and looked good. Fred helped us choose the right furnace, A/C etc for our needs, and was very responsive to our emails and phone calls. Their office followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy with the installation, and they registered us for the warranties and applicable warranties.
