Cozy World replaced my broken furnace but the new furnace wasn't heating my home as fast as expected. Boris courteously explained how 2-stage furnaces work and sent Ramin to check my furnace settings. Ramin went above and beyond - arrived on time, ensured the correct furnace settings, and answered all my questions. Shortly before his visit, my Ecobee thermostat became defective when the Ecobee Support asked me to check the wires at the back of the thermostat to see why my home wasn't heating up quickly. Ramin took extra time to install a basic Honeywell thermostat for the interim until I could get a replacement smart thermostat from Ecobee. I appreciated his kind help. I recommend this company.

We were considering replacing our 21 year old furnace and air conditioner fearing one or both might fail in the midst of peak winter/summer temperatures. Following some online research (products, service reviews, etc.) we requested quotes from a few GTA HVAC providers. Fred was quick in responding to phone calls and emails. He promptly arrived the next day to assess our requirements and suggested a few options to select the best furnace and air conditioner solution for our needs without trying to sell us on unnecessary upgrades. Within a few hours, we received a detailed, competitive quote. Soon after we approved the quotation, Saeed and his partner were dispatched to install our new Lennox Elite furnace and air conditioner. He explained the installation process, invited me to ask questions, tested and reviewed to ensure everything worked properly. They took care in keeping their work areas clean. The Cozy World team are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and customer service oriented. Appreciated the guys following Covid protocols - keeping their masks on all day and confirming they were fully vaccinated. Thank you!!!

Had an AC unit installed by Cozy World. Very detailed oriented and professional when they came to install our new AC unit. They explained everything that was needed to be done and the cause of the problem. Would highly recommend them.

I called Cozy World when my A/C broke down early in the Fall. It was a 15 year old unit and the service person advised that the repair would be costly and it was time for a replacement. Cozy World's pricing beat others by quite a bit and they were able to source and install a new unit just two days later. During that install they discovered that my old furnace had a crack in the heat exchanger. The installer showed me the issue and explained the safety issues. Cozy World was able to provide a fair price for a new furnace and install it within a couple days. The installers were knowledgeable, careful while working in my home and made sure everything was in order before leaving. Cozy World also registered the warranties and forwarded all the paperwork for my records. It was super efficient and would highly recommend.

Boris was excellent in answering my questions and concerns, he was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time throughout the process and didn't pressure me for a quick sale. Mr. Sayid and the installer were very professional, courteous and clean. They did an excellent job.

Cozy World installed my Lennox HVAC system a few years ago. It works well. Today, in October 2021, Ramin from the firm came to carry out a regular maintenance and service procedure on it. He was courteous, efficient and thorough and I was pleased that the job was well done. Cozy responded promptly when I called them, turned up on time and charged a reasonable amount for the work. I am a satisfied customer.

They arrived to do the work and treated my home with a lot of care. I installed a Lennox Elite furnace, AC, and Rinnai tankless water heater. So far, I am very satisfied.

We need to replace our 27 year old furnace, I called a few places including Cozy World. Nobody could touch Cozy World's prices by far. Robert was genuinely concerned on figuring out the best solution for my needs and didn't try to sell me on upgrades that I didn't need. The installation required new PVC venting to be put in and they included this in the installation! The new furnace is working so good, our airflow is boosted so the A/C runs even better too! My family and I are all set for winter, such a happy customer.

Having your air conditioner die in the middle of a Toronto summer is no fun. But Cozy World did a great job of minimising the problem. They were able to install a new unit within two days and everyone that we dealt with at the company provided excellent service.
