Fred was very insightfull with service and considerate with his pricing when it came to installing my new armstrong commerical roof top unit. i was very happy with the manner in which he and his crew answered my questoins. he fully took charge of sitiuation and made sure the crane and others were on time and knew what they were doing.. Fred is very trustworth and kind, i would urge others to utilize his services.

Service rep called within 30 minutes and met me at my home within 90 minutes of my original call. Service rep was both courteous and knowledgeable. Had furnace back up and running in no time. Highly recommend!

We used the services of Fred for selection and installation of Air conditining unit for our home. The guidance was excellent and righ to the oint. The cost very reasonable and timeliness was perfect. We also used the services for our funance when it broke down one winter. I called Fred to arrange a service call and he arrived within one hour. He quickly assessed the furnace (e.g. power supply, connections) and zero-ed in on the pressure switch which was working irregularly. While he didn't have a replacement switch with him, he committed to get and install one the next day. When I said that I would be away the following afternoon, he said that he would return in the morning. Before leaving, he tested the switch at least a dozen times and advised that we leave the thermostat set slightly higher than usual to ensure that, if the switch failed, the house didn't get too cool. He phoned before returning the next morning to advise of his arrival time. He was on-time and quickly installed/tested the new switch. He also completed what other furnace technicians would include in an annual maintenance and cleaning service. This is the second time he has provided service. He has been unfailingly prompt, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend his service.

This past summer, I called Majestic Indoor Air to make an appointment for A/C installiation. The quote was reasonable, so we went ahead. Fred himself installed the unit because I had asked for a rush service. He did a fantastic job. Three days ago I again called Majestic for installiation of a humidifier. And again they did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with the service I receive. The workers were on-time and friendly. I highly recommend Majestic Indoor Air.

I met Boris Sherman about one year ago when I asked him for esimate of cost for a furnace. At the time, it was recommended that I also change the air conditioner as both units were really old and I was having ice and condensation issue with duct coils, but I did not have enough money. So I save up, and one year later, and asked Mr. Sherman for another estimate. Mr. Sherman was very pleasant on our first meeting, so I felt comfortable with asking for another estimate. Mr. Sherman provided me with a detailed estimate of cost with size, models no. and number of years warranty, and warranty from manufactuer. I did not have to ask for this, so he was very upfront and transparent -- like his website. I was very comfortable with my decision to hire him as he has A+ rating with Better Business Bureau (BBB). Mr. Sherman answered all of my questions and concerns before installation date. On the day of installation, Cam and two others came. They were very professional and most quiet, always cleaning up after themselves as they worked. The old furnace & air conditioner was taken away from a scrap person very early. I asked CAM how to move the air conditioner in the near future to resurface the cement sidewalk. He said this would cost about $400 for service to close, uhook, and rehook the unit, and he suggest that I install the air conditioner on brackets above ground which would only cost an additional $75. So I agreed on that and he also provided a longer length of tubing so I can lower it in future. What is special is that he explained step by step how I can safely lower the air conditioner in future. He speaks with patience, made sure I understood the steps, and I feel like I am being taken care of "now" and in "future". There is a remarkable difference from my experience with Cozy World and Direct Energy Home Services contractors. Cozy World take pride and care in their work, and my experience with them was pleasant. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Fred installed a new A/C unit a few years ago when I first moved in to a new house. He advised me on what kind of unit to buy in order to get a good reliable unit but also the most value for my money. He was fast, effecient and professional. He is experienced and he definitely knows what he is doing. Rencently a part in my A/C broke down, I called him again. He came the same day and repaired it right away. I definitely recommend Majic Indoor Air for their reliability, service, experience, and reasonable prices.

The owner Boris was terrific. We contacted five different companies to get quotes on our project. Boris came up with the best solution for us and offered a very competitive price. His entire team did a great job. (His ductwork specialist got the measurments perfect and did a great job too.) They did the entire job in a day and completely cleaned up after - excellent job! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Boris and his team!
