Yet another 10 star review for a well done job. With so many satisfied customers it’s hard to imagine another 10 star review will make a difference, but it’s the least we can do to thank Cozy World for the great service they provided. The quoting process by Boris was quick and professional. All our questions and concerns were addressed professionally and sincerely. The pricing was well below what the big companies were asking for, for the exact same OEM models. The one day installation followed quickly after placing the order. The work crew (Fred and assistant) showed up on time, worked hard without a break, and went above their call of duty to provide creative solutions to a difficult installation. The finished the job earlier than expected, and cleaned up after they were done. We are very satisfied with every aspect of the dealing with Cozy World and would strongly recommend them. When it comes to contractors, and we experienced many, Cozy World stands alone in a class of its own. Highly recommended!

On one of the coldest days at 2008, my furnace did not work, I called Enbridge (having the heat protection plan) and they told me someone will come over within 2-3 Days to check it out. Fred showed up that night at 3am and fixed my furnace with in 15min. if it wasn’t for Fred, my Wife, my 3 month old son and I would froze to death. Thank you soooo much Fred...

We had a mid efficiency furnace that was getting old and was noisy. We got the energy audit and started talking to various furnace companies. Boris was very helpful and informative and was the only professional to tell us that we didn't need a big 80 000 BTU furnace for our house but would actually be able to heat it more evenly with a 40 000 BTU furnace. He was right. The Goodman furnace they installed is quiet, runs much less often and heats the house overall much better. The did the job within a few days of us giving the go ahead and the did it in half a day with no problems. The have always been friendly and helpful with us. I highly recommend Cozy World if you're looking for a new furnace that saves you on your energy bills.

After 23+ years of owning this house I have stories dealing with contractors (many unrepeatable) and not one as uniformly positive and worthy of repeating as Boris Sherman- Cozy World- and his crack installer Kam. The fact that I had already bought and had installed 2 furnaces over 17 years prior to meeting Boris speaks for the fact that bad work abounds and good work is rare. Oddly they cost about the same! To this day, when I have anybody in the furnace room I ask them what they think of the quality of the work and to a person they all say one of the best looking installations (yes, you can tell a great deal by how it looks). The whole experience of meeting, 'negotiating' and going through the trauma of a December install was made as easy as possible by these qualified and first rate team members. Cannot say enough...!

Boris gave good advice, a clear written quotation, the work happened on time, the bill matched the quote, the guys were terrific and the paperwork for the energy program was processed promptly. The timely email follow-up from Boris to be sure everything was OK was a nice touch. This has been my best contractor experience to-date and becomes our new benchmark for evaluating how other contractors handle their business. It's funny that one of the two rating questions was asking "How likely are you to recommend this company to your mother?" because, in fact, I already did. After Boris inspected our home and we agreed on the price, which was roughly $2000 better off the another quote we had got from one of the big companies for the exact same product, Fred came by the day I scheduled the installation and by the end of the day the job was done. My wife and I couldn't be happier! The furnace is now quiet and the baby does not wake up any more because of the noise. Not to mention all the money we saved and the better warranty Boris has provided us with at no extra cost. And my mom was very pleased as well with the service she received in having her humidifier installed. She was all worried, like mothers usually are, and of course she didn't believe when I said she doesn't have to worry but in the end, she couldn't be happier. I always wondered how could everybody that deals with the guys from Cozy World be so happy but after having dealt with them myself I could only say it's been a pleasure!

One must wonder how a contractor can get a perfect 10-rating every single time. Old-fashioned service and respect. It's that simple. We found Boris (a.k.a. Cozy World) on this website. He did an inspection of our old furnace and AC on Wednesday evening. He was very thorough and took copious notes. Not once did he try and 'sell' us. After his inspection he sat down, wrote up a detailed quotation. Having received a previous quote from a well known brand through a big-box retailer and based upon the price differential we were ready to sign. No signature needed - a handshake was all that was needed. Boris called back the next morning to see if it would be OK to install Saturday (two days later). His three men arrived promptly at 9:00am and left with everything working at 7:00pm. Nothing was too much trouble (or extra). For appearance sake we asked them to core the exhaust pipes through the poured concrete foundation (a good hour of heavy drilling) - no problem! We have a 1,500 sq. ft. side-split. Compared to the alternate quote, Cozy World was $3,177 less after all rebates and discounts. PLUS our Goodman furnace and AC (same features, size and performance) comes with a manufacturer's ten-year parts AND LABOUR warranty. The alternate system only came ten-year parts and one year on the labour. Another TEN to notch in your belt Boris! A big thank you to you and your crew. David and Wendy

There is nothing more you can ask from heating and air-conditioning company Simply put... professional, clean, skilled, knowledgeable. Unlike other workers I've had, these guys put down drop sheets to protect my floors. They swept up after they were finished its been 3 months since the installation of my furnace and Air-condition more day goes by and I feel better about choosing Majestic Indoor Air. Thanks again for a great quote and install It was such a pleasure doing business with such a professional, clean and respectful business!!!!

When it came time to replace our furnace and a/c I did my due diligence and obtained three quotes. The first quote was from one of the big companies and it was ridiculously over-priced, profit is not a dirty word but their markup was obscene! The other 2 were very close in price but I decided to go with Boris because he seemed very knowledgeable and I was impressed with his attention to detail when quoting the job. On the day of the install his crew showed up on time, were very professional and worked hard all day. They took pride in their work and it showed. I am very pleased with the job the did. When they were cleaning up after they finished they forgot some sheet metal and the old a/c coil on my porch, I emailed Boris to ask him to have it removed for me, sure enough the next business day it was picked up. This impressed me because from my experience some contractors are impossible to track down once the job has been completed and paid for. I would highly recommend the services of Boris and Cozy World.
