Cozy World was fast, professional, and friendly. In Fall 2009, the president matched our furnace to our needs, which was actually a smaller furnace than the existing one, which certainly needed replacement. The president took care of applicable rebates for us. Great service. There was only one small issue with a water pump a couple of weeks later, but the furnace situation is much improved.

Perfect experience. Boris from sales office took time addressing all my questions and concerns with sound level of expertise. Once we came into agreement, everything was on time and on budget. Very reasonably priced. Installation team showed up sharply on time. very friendly and professional. Job was done professionally, quickly (approx. 4 hrs) and clean. System was demonstrated to me, features and documents well explained.

Excellent job done by technicians, very competitive price. I compared 3-4 different places before purchse but luckily got Cozy World through Google, never heard before. So nice service. Good recommendation to new buyers.

I had already received 3 quotes when I came across the Homestars site and found Cozyworld there. The reviews were stellar so I thought as a last ditch attempt I'd call. Boris arrived two hours later and after a very comprehensive review of our situation gave me a quote that was heads and shoulders better than anything else I got. The installation was incredible too. My house has some challenges and the guys worked 12 hours and got it done. I was amazed by their persistence and the quality of their work. Things were explained well and there was no mess after. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. You can shop around, but if you do, do yourself a favor and make sure Cozyworld is one of the vendors you consider. You will not be disappointed.

I had several companies come to look at replacing our old furnace and installing AC. Of them all, Boris took the most time to explain the process to me, and was the most diligent about really examining what the job entailed. His quote was also the lowest, by a significant amount. In fact, one quote was TWICE as much. Based on meeting Boris and the reviews on here, I decided to use Cozy World. Our house is over a hundred old and nothing really makes sense. It was a difficult job, especially the wiring, but the technicians did an excellent job. We were without heat and Boris got them over to start the next morning. We had a warm house that night. And have ever since. Looking forward to trying out the air conditioning but for now everything is working great.

I had Cozy World replace the air conditioner and the furnace back in June 2008. The installation was prompt and neat. One year later a leak developed in the coil. Instead of trying to patch it up, they actually replaced it with a new coil which has worked perfectly since then. I have recommended them to my neighbour who also needed his furnace replaced.

Three years ago I decided to change my A/C and furnace, got a quote from 5-6 different companies and finally someone recomended me Boris from Cozy World. Boris came, explained to me all the details of high efficiency cooling and heating units and I decided to go with him. I was totally pleased with my experience working with Boris, owner of Cozy world. I am completely happy with my new HE furnace, as well as my new tank less water heater, and HE heating/cooling wall unit. Everything ended up being exactly as described at our initial meeting. Extremely quick and quality service., no "unexpected" price changes, etc. Boris was very personable and professional. Definitely would recommend Cozy World as your contractor!

We just had Cozy World install a new forced air gas furnace (Goodman GMVC95), new air conditioning coil, and associated minor metal work. Boris came to do the estimate, and provided some great information during the estimate, recommending improvements to the overall system while rejecting enhancements recommended by other contractors which I felt a little suspect about. An appointment was booked 3 days later. Installers arrived on time and were neat and professional. They worked steadily and had a new furnace and all work completed in the estimated time frame. The new furnace is amazingly quiet and we are happy. The cost? Between $700 - $1000 less than the "Big Boys"...while including a better warranty, a brand new better sized a/c coil (not just moving the old one), and duct work to improve the cold air return performance. Definitely recommended.
