Boris was honest and competitive. He told us what others wouldn't. His price was fair and his installers did a fantastic job. The house was left in good shape and they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Cozy World to anyone looking for a furnace and AC. Thank you Boris.

First I appreciate that Boris, owner of Cozy World, gave me an honest, good price quote right from the start. I found out later that other companies would have given me a better deal if I came back and told them about other quotes received. Boris' quote was the best, anyway. Second, the installation was done professionally and efficiently on the day promised. The 2 workers used cloths on the floors and stairs to keep everything clean. Everything is working perfectly and we are enjoying all the benefits of high efficiency products, 10 year warranties, and current energy rebates. Thank you Boris and installers, Fred and Jamar.

I moved after the Cozy World crew installed a furnace for me, and they had done a great job. They were the only option I would consider when I decided the new house furnace wasn't doing the job it should. In this case the AC was OK and stayed, but duct work needed expansion to remove air flow restrictions that were affecting the operation. Everything was done on time, professional job, and great price. I highly recommend them. They even have their prices on the web site - no surprises.

It was an absolute relief to have someone as honest and knowledgeable as Boris come by to assess the situation in our newly purchased 100+ year old home. The furnace, air conditioning unit, and hot water tank were on the verge of quitting. Boris came in and did a thorough assessment and gave us a list of options with full disclosure on price, warranty, and useful information on environmentally responsible and affordable choices. Kam did an efficient job of installation and everything looked clean & tidy when all was said and done, and Boris called back that same evening to answer a few questions regarding our new stuff. They even completed a portion of our rebates for us! Overall this was an excellent experience.

Based on HomeStars’ reviews, we made an appointment with Boris. My husband was pleased at the fact that Boris spoke slowly and clearly over the phone. To non-native English speakers how much unnecessary stress and confusion can occur when people speaking too fast over the phone! On the appointment day, Boris called half an hour before the appointment time notifying us he would be late due to the traffic, which made us sense that he is a responsible person. I appreciate the fact that he immediately put on shoe covers at entering our house. He first checked our system and then took time to listen to our questions and explain. He indeed spoke slowly and patiently. He explained to me why my idea of having a larger/more powerful heating unit isn’t a better solution to warm up my house’s colder upstairs. We expected to put in some deposit when setting up the installation appointment, but Boris said he didn’t need it which made us feel everything is trust based and a sense of community. Three guys arrived on the appointment day, an hour early which I didn’t mind, with rugs to cover the floor and stairs. They focused on their job and finished the work very professionally. The place was left very clean. They even replaced a broken switch we had. Next day, Boris followed up with us about the work. We were pleased to tell him that the job was well done and the upstairs is now as warm as the first floor. We highly recommend Cozy World for its reliability and professionalism.

Boris from Cozy World lived up to his positive reviews. Compared to the competition he provided great value and his team installing the furnace was very professional. One year after installation we are very pleased.

We had numerous estimates for a new furnace and A/C. Boris of Cozy World was the only one who we trusted and he did not try to oversell us. The job was completed flawlessly and we are extremely happy about the entire experience. We highly recommend Cozy World to everybody.

When my furnace developed difficulties, Direct Energy shut it down and quoted me $6000 to replace it. I called Boris of Cozy World who had exammined the furnace the year before (for no charge) and told me it was still in decent shape and didn't yet need replacing. He came immediately and gave me clear and useful advice and replaced the furnace with an energy star product that only cost me $3500. He applied for rebates for me and told me how to register my warrenty. He has kindly answered any related questions I have had.I recommend his company highly.

Had the new equipment installed last spring - no troubles so far, everything went well, and was cooler last summer, and warmer this winter. The guys were efficient, reliable and did not try to sell extras.
