Words cannot describe our satisfaction with the cost, care and execution of the furnace replacement from Cozy World. Believe all the reviews! Because we are over the moon. The furnace has cleaned the air, distributed the heat more evenly throughout the house and is incredibly quiet. Boris was clear, honest and straightforward and ensured that we got the best bang for our buck. Kam, the installer, was kind, courteous, knowledgable and polite. Thank you for making such a big task so easy and seamless. I would give Cozy World 11 stars if I could.

Boris came, assessed the situation and gave us a very competitive quote to replace our old and non-functioning ac unit. We agreed on the spot and before we knew it his efficient, friendly, and tidy team were there to install our new air conditioner. Cozy World should be your number one choice.

Our 30 year old furnace and air conditioner were replaced by Cozy World in mid June of 2010 with new a Goodman 2 stage variable speed furnace and air conditioner. One the most important things about a furnace/AC system is the quality of the installation. Cozy World's fully licensed installer Kam and his 2 assistants did a very good job. They work hard and steady and are courteous and personable. We were pleasantly surprised with an air conditioner cover at end of the job. The air conditioner was installed just in time to get us through the first in a series of heat waves that came through the GTA last summer. The new AC kept us cool and comfortable running long cycles to remove humidity. The hydro electric bill for the summer season was a third less of what I was paying with the previous AC system. The new furnace is keeping us pretty comfortable and has been reliable so far this winter. No more cold beds when going to sleep at night. The natural gas bill has been much lower too! I have recommended Cozy World to others and are happy with the work/product they received. I will recommend Cozy World whenever the opportunity arises.

Our furnace broke down at 03:30 am, I was able to contact Cozy World Fred who came immediately over to check, got a new furnace and installed within a day, great service, wok done professional, curteous and I would recommend to my friends, also was thoughtful enough to bring us few heater for the time being. Thank you again Cozy world for the prompt service.

Everything about the installation was excellent. Cam explained everything and even pointed out a few things during installation. Very tidy and professional. We've already noticed a difference in the basement (warmer and drier). We're extremely satisfied.

Cozy World installed an air conditioner in the summer. They were a pleasure to deal with, they sell high quality products for a fair price, and they do a great job. Highly recommended!

I scheduled an appointment for a quote with Boris just before the deadline for the end of the home reno tax credit. I also needed the appointment to take place after my home energy audit so i could claim the grant. Boris showed up on time, answered all of my questions, installation was done on the date provided, with no hidden costs. It is a very neat and professional installation job, done in a rather cramped space. I have had the Goodman furnace for one year with no problems so I am of the opinion that the installation is just as important as make of the furnace.

The install team is very neat and tidy. As well, they are polite and pleasant to speak to . We are pleased with a competitive price. The Goodman product is relatively quiet and is delivering cool air.
