Boris was able to quickly identify what we needed, and his crew was able to replace the furnace within the week. He was able to work around our schedule. Our furnace stopped working last month and we began researching companies on HomeStars.com. The first company we read about on HomeStars was Cozy World and we were shocked at their perfect rating and positive reviews, so shocked that we actually thought the reviews sounded too good to be true, especially since we have had a number of installations and repairs done by different contractors on our home since we bought it and have had a problem with each and every one of them. We decided to set up a consultation with Cozy World to see what kind of impression we would get and after speaking with the owner Boris, we knew that we didn’t need to call any other company. Boris was extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional (for instance, he showed up on time for the consultation, he covered up his shoes so he wouldn’t dirty our home, etc.), and not to mention well priced. The installation went amazing...everything was done to perfection. Kam (the installer) and his partner were very professional, they clean up after the install, and they went above and beyond...customer service is truly Cozy World’s number one priority. This has honestly been the best experience with a contractor in my entire life...this statement seems extreme, but it’s true. I would definitely recommend this company to others. It was time for my 30 year old York furnace to be replaced. Among the four quotes I received, Boris from Cozy World was one of the most reasonable, exceedingly helpful and easiest to book. Within a week of confirming the order, and in less than the estimated time to complete the installation, my new Goodman furnace was working. Later that same day, Boris filed my cool saving rebate. I'd recommend Cozy World to anyone looking for a new heating and air conditioning system.

Boris and his team of installers are very knowledgable and experienced in this field. They were honest, able to accomodate our schedule, and very competitively priced. Installation of the furnace and A/C were done efficiently without a hitch. Boris even filled out the online rebate forms on our behalf the same day of installation, and he emailed and called to follow up to see if we were content with the work. I would most definitely recommend Cozy World for any furnace and A/C installation.

In July 2010, I needed urgent installation of a new furnace since our basement had been flooded, and our furnace declared a total loss. We were staying in a hotel as we had no heating or hot water. My savvy daughter researched the internet, and found Homestars, and through this excellent website, our Saviour - Boris Sherman of Cozy World. He came over to our home after I had left urgent messages on his voicemail, heard our plight and situation, and fitted us in is busy work order schedule for that very weekend. I cannot use enough praise and superlatives to describe our interaction with Cozy World - Boris, Kam, et al. Boris spent over an hour explaining to me our options, advising me about the most cost effective way to do the necessary work. The job was done perfectly and professionally, and in the utmost timely fashion - neat, clean, careful, no mess or too much talk type of service. I thank Boris for all his sound advice and the wonderful work done by his crew. I would especially recommend Boris Sherman of Cozy World to customers who don't have much understanding of HVAC systems, and need an honest person to guide them.

called them before we turned on our furnace this year. they responded quickly, arrived within a few days, on time, fast friendly serviec. They did an excellent job would recommend them and work with them again. just updated the score...sorry it was my error you definately deserve a 10!

I recently purchased a new house, and I knew I needed to replace the 25 year old furnace. I used homestars (YET AGAIN - I SWEAR BY THIS SITE!) and found Boris/Cozy World. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. He's a wonderful, and decent, and thoughful person, who took me through my options and explained everything in terms even I understood! The installation - Thanks to his team - went flawlessly (Kam was another wonderful person to deal with) and I can only say if you have a heating need, pick up the phone and call Boris. Boris and his installers are first rate professionals. They recently did an air conditioner and furnace installation for me, at two different locations and I could not be more pleased. In both cases the jobs were done sooner than first expected. Kam and Kosta, the technicians who did both jobs for us were corteous and took great care to protect the floors over which they travelled to get to the basement. Were it not for the new equipment they had installed, you would not know anyone had been in the house. And the quality of their work was excellent at both locations. I recommend them highly.

Boris was very easy to work with and his main concern was that I was happy with the transaction. The furnance and AC that I had installed was in early June and things have gone very well. In the end, we got a great product, for a great price and the service has been fantastic.

I'll just add my kudos to Boris' ever-growing list. In short, Boris knows exactly what he's talking about, is punctual, competitively-priced and only seems to hire similar people. The two guys who showed up did a great job, explained everything well, solved some unforeseen problems and even vacuumed when they were done. As a single home owner who knows nothing about this sort of thing, I felt very comfortable and that I was treated fairly. I'd recommend this company to anyone.
