Cozy World sold and installed for us a new Lennox A/C unit. The price was very competitive and the install was also do in a professional competent manner. We were very satisfied and they did exactly what they said they would do, no last minute changes. We also bought a new Lennox furance from them 3 years and again on that job we had the identical experience. I highly recommend them should one need a new furnace or A/C unit.

In partnership with Costco, Cozy World installed a new furnace and air conditioner on Oct 31/19 in the driving rain/sleet. 2 guys here all day and did a great clean job! We were very comfortable for the winter and then a very hot day decended on the GTA in May. With the house temp at 84F and rising, I turned on the air and it ran for 4 hours and nothing happened.... it was still 84F. I called Cozy World at 8:30pm and with a change of the filter, everything should be fine. The temp dropped to 82F by 1:30am. I called again first thing in the morning and the guys showed up for 10mins at noon the same day and we are now in the lap of coolness! Thanks for the great service!

I am incredibly happy and completely satisfied with the whole experience! Firstly the furnace is fantastic, its quiet, heats the whole house quickly and the new technology allows me to incorporate the humidifier and will make the whole house warmer with the modulating feature. Farhad assessed what I needed, walked me through all appropriate options and answered my questions. He even helped with setting up the energy audit. He also rescheduled the install when i had a work conflict. He is helpful, professional, knowledgeable and understanding and really makes the whole process effortless. The pricing was very reasonable of the 5 quotes i received. Saeed the installer was fantastic. Treated my house like his own. Went above and beyond in the install to seal extra slots, replace a clogged elbow and some rusted metal housing. It is clear that the company works together as a team because Saeed knew everything Farhad and i spoke about and addressed all of them. Thanks for all the work! Will gladly refer anyone i know to your company and will be calling when i replace my air conditioner.

Cozy World provided exceptional service and value, from the quote to install my Lennox Furnace, Air Conditioner and Electroair Air Filter. Fred emailed me a detailed quotation, Cozy World quotation was the lowest of the 3 that i requested. On the day on the install the crew came, they were very professional , they installed everything, cleaned everything perfectly and removed my old Furnace. I was then explained how to use my new Thermostat. I spoke to Leslie in the office, and i am being updated on my Warranty and Rebates by email. So glad i chose Cozy World I would recommend them to anyone.

Cozy World replaced our furnace and A/C unit the summer of 2017. We have had no issues with the heating but have some challenges with the A/C unit itself. Boris and his team have been very prompt and successful at resolving them. There are many companies out there to choose from when it comes to this type of service. Found Cozy World through home stars, rated well so requested a quote and the response was swift. Gave me a quote over the phone and it remained the same in person, still coming in lower than 2 other quotes I received. Robert was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He provided me with various options based on my requirements and didn't try to hard sell me on things I don't need. Installation took place within 2 days and the installer, Sina, was courteous, professional and efficient, explaining the process as he went. A few hours later and I now have working AC with a beautiful nest thermostat. Thank you Robert and Sina; will definitely use your company again

We had a great experience with Cozy World. They installed a 2 stage Goodman furnace with air filter and humidifier as well as a Goodman AC unit for us this past weekend. Boris was very friendly and professional, he took the time to answer all our questions and gave us honest recommendations for replacing our furnace and AC. During the install, Saeed and his crew were very professional and efficient throughout the job. Saeed was very skilled and did an amazing job with the duct work which was quite challenging as it needed to be done below our backyard deck (see photos attached). He was very knowledgeable and took his time to do a very clean and complete install. They also promptly registered the warranty and provided us a copy within 2 days of installation. We are very happy with the quality of work and customer service we received from Cozy World and look forward to enjoying our new furnace and AC. Thank you Cozy World team!
