Last September, Boris quoted me on new furnace options. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and informative. My old furnace was in need of a $700 part replacement and I wanted to get the new furnace installed before the winter. Unfortunately, a ridiculous delay from Enbridge's energy auditors resulted in me having to try to get through the winter with my ailing furnace. In March, my furnace stopped working. Because of the cold weather, I decided to repair my old furnace rather than replace it. I called Cozy World to arrange for the replacement of the part that was failing. Fred took the call and got back to me within 10 minutes with a same-day service appointment and the new part. When the serviceman arrived to install the part that I requested, he realized that the logic board was the problem (a $1500 repair), not the part I had asked them to replace. At this point I figured that I was stuck with having to replace the furnace and eat the $700 for the part that I had asked them to install. To my amazement, Fred came to my home and did something amazing. He did not charge me for the part, nor the service call PLUS he arranged for the installation of a new furnace the next morning at the price quoted from September, even though the furnace price had increased 7% since then. The next day, Fred and Sina (the furnace installer) arrived. The new furnace was installed without a hitch. They were very respectful of my home and did an incredible installation. The following day, they registered my furnace with Amana and Leslie followed up on the installation to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. Cozy World blew me away. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to everyone at Cozy World!

Boris is very professional. He came and did an estimate for a furnace and AC package. Got a 2 stage Goodman furnace and 1 stage Goodman AC. Asked about other recommendations and instead of trying to upsell me he gave his honest opinion of what I needed. He did not recommend an air purifier as it has mixed results but he did recommend a bigger air filter fr the standard 1 inch to 5 inch filter. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Took the time to explain everything as well. Also, furnace, humidifer and AC installer, Saeed and his crew are very professional. They put down cloth on the floors to keep the floor clean leading to the basement. Saeed also recommended and explained alot of the process involved and answered all of my questions. The install looks very clean and professional. he also replaced a cracked pipe for the water heater leading to the outside of the house. Would recommend Saeed and Boris to anybody. Very honest guys. Furnace installed 4 days ago. Will update once I've had it longer.

Cozy World provided excellent service throughout the entire purchase & installation process. Boris offered credible advice on selecting the appropriate units for our particular home. Saeed and his team were very meticulous when installing the equipment. Saeed also addressed any questions or issues that arose thoughout the process. I highly recommend Cozy World to anyone contemplating the purchase of a new furnace or air conditioner.

He was very polite and knew what to look for to see what the issue was. The issue turned to be that the furnace required a good cleaning since it wasn't cleaned for over 5 years. It's purring like a tiger. Great work!

Cozy did a very thorough maintenance of our four year old furnace. Held to fixed price even though it required over 2 hours of work. I highly recommend Cozy for their professional service.

This is the second time using Cozy world, I got a furnace and ac unit installed about 10 years ago. Cozy world installers were amazing great attention to detail I left a review for that here on Homestars back then. For the tankless installation Sima arrived on time and did a great job. I highly recommend using Cozy world , Boris returns messages pretty quick and installers are highly trained. They do the job right. I have had a lot of different work done at my house and have always had a problem with the installers from different companies. But not Cozy world I was in awe after the first time I used them. Thank you very much Cozy world I always recommend you to family and friends. It’s very hard to find customer service like this these days.

Replaced my old GeneralAire humdifier with a Lennox 17 gallon one. Decent price. The unit appears to be working fine. The technician who came along explained why he beleives Lennox is a better choice than others.

Trustworthy, knowledgeable, responsive, competitive pricing. We contacted COZY World to get a quote to replace a 30-year-old furnace that quit a few days before Christmas. Boris responded promptly (within the hour) and scheduled a house visit the same day. He was thorough in his assessment and recommendations. He answered all questions and shared his extensive knowledge. The installation was scheduled immediately and Mehrdad and Kurush did an excellent job. My experience with Cozy World Inc was excellent and I strongly recommend them.
