Sales: What sold us was that Farhad (Fred), upon checking out our furnace room in the basement pointed out two critical things: that we needed an air vent to the room so the water heater can work better and that we needed 2 pipes to the outside of the house instead of 1. As your average homeowner, we are no HVAC experts, so to have someone point out those things was really important, since it's not just about "buying a furnace and a/c". Product: they use Lennox products and we opted for very high end since in the long run, it will be better. The furnace itself is much smaller than our old Lennox model and everything looked really neat and tidy. Installation: the guys worked 10 hours without lunch/dinner until the job was done. They laid out out tarps to avoid creating a mess from the front door to the house, and they even suggested/helped us move the A/C unit in the backyard to a side location so grass cutting will be easier. They also showed us how to use the smart touchscreen thermostat afterwards. Overall: it's been a month so far and everything is working great. Very satisfied.

Boris and his assistant installed my new furnace in record time. I was very impressed with their professionalism. The had a lot of work to do since they replaced an old mid efficiency furnace with a high efficiency furnace. They really did a fabulous job. Both were very helpful and cleaned up after themselves (I think my basement was cleaner after they left than before they came). If I ever need to replace this furnace I will certainly go back to Cozy World. Thanks very much!!

Boris was absolutely amazing when we met for inspection and quote. He was knowledgable,​​​​ and kind enough to go through what needs to be done in detail. His quote was very reasonable and installers were amazing too! They were professional, easy to communicate with and most importantly, did a perfect job, without leaving any mess. They found out some extra work that was required but they did it without any complaints - Highly recommend!!

Boris was amazing! He came and did an inspection and then offered us a few different ideas on what he believed we wanted. Overall, a thorough assessment on our whole HVAC system and my wife and I were pleased with the details and products offered.

Installation was great. We are very happy with Kam (installer) and his assistant. Job was done to our satisfaction and we really appreciate that they covered the floors with a drop sheet and took away the boxes. My furnace stopped working on Saturday evening, I gave Cozy World a call and provided the error code displayed by the electronic control module. Fred set up an appointment on Sunday morning. He arrived on time and promptly isolated the problem. It was due to a defective blower motor. He proceeded to replace it. I am very impressed with Fred's knowledge and professionalism. I will not hesitate to recommend Cozy World to my friends and family.

The quote process was simple, convenient (for us) and informative. Fred did a great job answering all our questions. Kam and Neil were the installers. Can't say enough good things about the two of them. Professional, knowledgeable, polite, hard-working and attention to detail. Fred called later that night to see how our install went. Could not have been more pleased with the work done and service provided. The entire Cozy World Team stands apart from any other supplier we have dealt with. Highly recommend them.

When shopping for a new Furnace we sourced several quotes and finally decided on Cozy World. Our Initial meeting with Fred (Farhad) we could tell he was very straight forward and knowledgeable in his field. He gave us all the information about the Lennox products, rebates and warranties and allowed us to make our decision. In the end we ended up replacing both our Furnace and AC. On Installation day, the crew (Sina) did a very clean install ensuring to lay down coverings to prevent damage to the entryway and stairs. Fred even stopped by to check how the installation was going, they even replaced the ducting where the old AC evaporator coil was which made an very neat installation. Fred also handled all the Manufacture Rebates and Warranties and followed up with any concerns after the installation. Thanks to the Cozy World Team.
