It was a very hot and humid week in July when our 17 year old air conditioner expired! We received advice and quotes from a few different companies, but none were as transparent as Cozy World. Fred received my call on a Saturday night and set up the appointment for the next morning. He was very professional and straight forward during his presentation of the Lennox products. He knew exactly what we needed, and recommended a boot to help with the air flow. He also ensured that we received our rebates. The installer, Kam, was very focused, and worked diligently throughout the twelve hour installation. Overall, I was very pleased with the sales, service and follow up from the Cozy World team. I will recommend them to friends and family!

Farhad is a true professional, who is very knowledgable, and helpful. We have a 70-year old home with imperfect duct work that resulted in poor airflow to the second floor. Before he installed our entirely new Lennox system, he worked with a duct specialist who re-engineered the duct work. Farhad could have told me the old duct work was "good enough", but he went the extra mile to get us the best airflow possible. His installation crew (led by Cam) were also first-rate. They worked from 7am until 9pm to ensure the installation was perfect. We couldn't be happier with our new Lennox HVAC system. Thanks to the team at Cozy World!

I purchased a house a year ago and one of the things that needed to be replaced was the existing furnace. The previous furnace was approx. 30 years old and was on its last legs. I decided to have Cozy World install my new Lennox Elite Series furnace because they had installed a new furnace at my parent's job a few years ago and did a great job. Meeting with Cozy World, I soon learned that the job of installing a new furnace would be difficult. I got several quotes for the job and Cozy World was by far the most reasonable. Not the cheapest option but the best for my current basement layout. My basement was finished into an apartment and the location of the furnace didn't allow for enough space to vent near the gas meter outside. Cozy World offered a few solutions to work around the existing layout. On installation day, the guys that came out were extremely knowledgeable and were able to instal the furnace with proper venting while doing zero damage to interior drywall. The guys answered all of my questions and even helped me move my air conditioning unit in the backyard to make room for a new deck. Overall I was extremely happy with the service Cozy World provided and I will be sure to use and recommend them again.

All the "10s" listed on this site are correct. Our initial meeting with Fred was detailed and professional with no sales pressure. He is easy-going and a pleasure to work with. The installation by Kam and his team was organized, clean and well done! We are definitely impressed and would absolutely recommend them for anyone needing HVAC services.

When our 27-year old air conditioner failed this summer, we decided to replace both the air conditioner and our equally aged furnace. After reviewing three quotes, we decided to go with Cozy World for the purchase and installation of a new Lennox system. Not only was the pricing the best, but we quickly developed confidence that we were in good hands. Boris is a very straightforward, personable, and knowledgeable salesperson, clearly explaining what he considered the best options for us with no hyperbole or pressure tactics. He was very prompt in returning phone calls and addressing questions. Of particular note, because of a one week delay in installation of the new system, he immediately sent his technician to do a band-aid fix to our air old conditioner at no cost. Boris also promptly filed rebate claims on our behalf. The friendly installer, Kam, impressed us with his incredible skill set in multiple trades. He arrived just when he said he would and kept the work area clean and tidy. We are very happy with our choice of Cozy World, the pricing, and the installation.

I am very happy with the installation of our furnace and air conditioner. Boris came out to give an estimate and was very thorough about explaining the process and the product (which is more than I can say about the other 2 estimates). He was also very accommodating when arranging the installation date, seeing that we had to install our water heater with a different company at the same time, and he was always giving helpful suggestions to make it easier. Oleh and his assistant were punctual, professional, and very meticulous with the installation. I liked how they levelled out the stand for the outside unit and paid close attention to all the details. They worked hard and were very tidy when cleaning up. We have only experienced the air conditioning so far, but I imagine the heating will work just a good.

Fred, Cam and the team were a pleasure to work with. Everything from the quote for the furnace and air conditioner replacement to the completion of the project was done in a timely manner and very professionally. Fred made sure we received all the rebates we were entitled to. It was a pleasure to work with Cozy World and we would definitely recommend their services to our family and friends.

I am beyond pleased with the service, advice, products, and work that Boris, Kam, and Neil did in my home. I bought a house that I thought had a good furnace and hot water tank in it, but turned out they hadn't been maintained properly and were on the fritz. I was out of my depth trying to choose the most appropriate options for the home. Boris explained clearly and patiently the various options and combinations of products that would make the most sense. Kam and Neil worked diligently and respected me and my home throughout the installation of the new units. Kam showed me everything I had to do to maintain the units, explained exactly how to use my very fancy new thermostat, and was an absolute pleasure to have around. And, to top it off, Neil didn't hesitate to help me with a dryer vent I needed help with even though it wasn't related to the task at hand. I would highly recommend Cozy World!

A major component of my 13 year old furnace failed and the cost of repairing it was going to be about $4,500.00. It only made sense to replace the furnace as well as my aging air conditioner. After learning as much as I could about these components, I proceeded to arrange for 3-4 quotes. The quotes were close but I soon learned that several of the companies provided incorrect information as to my needs and were reluctant to provide me with sufficient detail for me properly evaluate the proposed installation. I was amazed at the number of shortcuts an unscrupulous installer can make in order to lower the cost of the quote. Boris and i exchanged dozens of E mails in which he answered all my detailed questions especially those related to how to properly match a furnace with the proper air conditioner to obtain maximum performance and maximum energy savings. There was no pressure whatsoever put on me to purchase anything. He went as far a providing model numbers and specifications for the furnace, A/C, and humidifier . There was such a contrast between Boris's approach and that of the other installers that I felt confident that Cozy world valued its reputation and had a genuine desire to provide a positive customer experience from start to finish. My hunch was right. The installers were punctual, tidy, knowledgeable and very professional and within a few short hours a very quiet furnace and air conditioner were, with the help of a Smart thermostat were fully operational. These energy efficient units were eligible for rebates from 4 different sources. Boris arranged for all the paperwork related to these rebates to be processed. I asked Boris how quickly his company can respond to an emergency furnace repair. He replied " I have never had a customer have to go to bed in a cold home" .
