We are so happy to have gone with Cozy World for our new furnace and AC install. Their quote was cheaper than two other well-known HVAC installers in our area and based on previous HomeStar reviews, we decided to go ahead with Boris and his team. The installers showed up on time, worked straight for 12 hours and got both installed in the same day. The quality of the work was superb. The install team identified an existing problem with a duct joint going up to our second floor during the install and fixed it at no extra cost. They also spent a substantial amount of time creating a solid, inconspicuous base for our AC so that we could put new patio stones around it and no one would see the base. Could not be happier with outcome. Absolutely no issues with either unit in the six months since the install.

After having our old furnace "red tagged" due to a crack in the heat exchanger, we decided it was time to invest in a new unit. Boris arrived to inspect and explain my options more thoroughly than any of the other companies we had called - his knowledge of HVAC systems is second to none. Boris's crew arrived after the holidays and installed both the new furnace and AC unit on the same day. We were thrilled with the experience from beginning to end; honest, reputable, professional and a first-rate installation job. Would not hesitate to recommend Boris and Cozy World to anyone looking for HVAC work.

Hi, just wanted to post my experience with Cozy World. We bought a new furnace and A/C back in October/2016. The purchase process was really straight forward from the beginning. Boris, the sales rep, was very responsive and knowledgeable on their products and so was able to advice on what we needed for our home. The installation crew was also very professional. I was at home and could see their attention to the detail. They were also very open and answered all of my questions/concerns. I remember making a comment that the old A/C was making a vibration on one of my house's walls and later they had put some rubber pads on the new one to avoid a similar problem. Our A/C unit broke in the heat of summer, and Boris was recommended to me by a co-worker. We sourced opinions and quotes from a few different companies both large and small, and settled on going with Cozy World and Boris who first sent a technician same day to assess the issue and attempt to repair our unit (and was so disappointed that he was unable to do so that he did not charge us for his time). Boris followed up to assess the unit himself and it was determined that the unit needed to be replaced. Boris gave a fair price and the work was completed quickly and on schedule. The installation crew forgot to provide our unit cover but after a couple of communications directly to Boris, he personally dropped off the cover a few weeks later. One expectation to manage if you are replacing your A/C unit is that larger companies will be able to replace it much more quickly than a smaller company like Cozy World, due to their larger size and scale of operations (more trucks, more crews, etc.) -- however their prices will also reflect their larger scope. The larger companies we consulted would've been able to replace our unit the following day, but it would've cost twice as much if not more to do so. Agreeing to go with Cozy World meant we needed to wait a week as that was the earliest they could install our unit, but we paid much much less and are happy with both the performance of the new unit as well as the servicing we received from Boris and his team at Cozy World. All in all, it was frustratingly uncomfortable in our house as we awaited the installation, but in the end it was worth it.

After seeing all the strong positive reviews for Cozy World, they definitely live up to it. My parent's old furnace went down the night before an extreme cold alert. I spoke with Boris and he attentively arranged for one of his technicians (Ray) to assess. Within a few hours Ray arrived and diligently repaired. We both noted it was nearly a 20-yr old furnace and would eventually need to be replaced. Boris will be the first person I'd call to quote a replacement in the new year. He even graciously followed up with a text to ensure my parents had heat for their home! Small details. I'd highly recommend and would consider doing business with again!

We needed to replace our old Lennox furnace and Carrier air conditioner in our residence some three months or so ago. I brought in a number of contractors, but I clicked with Fred and decided to have Cozy World do the job. They did a very clean and professional job with the installation and have had nothing to complain about so far. The EL296V High-Efficiency, Two-Stage Gas Furnace we got is very quiet and have not had any issues in the 3 months or so we have been using it. We will get a chance to run the AC in the summer. Due to my satisfaction with their professionalism and clean installation, I had them install a new furnace and air conditioner to my rental house as well just a little more than a week ago. That do was done very well and we are happy with the installation and the furnace has been functioning well. I would definitely recommend this Cozy World to anyone.

We needed a new furnace and AC, as ours were old and were starting to fail. Cozy World did a fantastic job. Service was prompt, information was explained clearly, and the job was done promptly. Fred did a great job walking us through the process and the installers were courteous and left our house spotless. We would definitely recommend Cozy World.

Excellent experience from start to finish. My old furnace was not fixed after the previous furnace contractor dropped the ball by not responding at all ever since his visit and charging me $200. It is a rental property that I recently purchased. So I really need to make my new tenants happy there. Out of desperate, I contacted Fred who was extremely fast in response and very friendly. He was also very reasonable and not pushy. He suggested I wait until the furnace to die and install a new one but the old furnace was in a very bad condition as there were issues with the heat exchanger and left burner. I decided to replace it immediately since the last thing I want is the furnace dead on the coldest winter day. The installation process was super smooth and his crew Kam was such a nice person to work with. The crew members were nice, courteous and professional. Kept the place very clean. Fred's price is reasonable given that the model I got is the best of Lennox. My tenants are very happy. Thank you Cozy World Inc.!

Boris at Cozy world inc went over and above in providing just in time replacement and installation of my Furnace new furnace. My old furnace failed the day before a was leaving the home for a week, Cozy Wolrd visited my home after hours for an assessment and installed first thing the next morning .the cost was reasonable and service was superb. I Highly recommend cozy world for any future Furnace or AC Requirements

We found and purchased a new furnace from Boris through the great reviews on Homestars and we are happy we did. They are professional and knowledgable and handle everything for you including paperwork for the rebate. They also follow up after installation to ensure everything is working fine. I am very pleased with their work and will be having them back in the spring to install a new A/C. I highly recommend this company.
