    Furnace, hvac, duct consultation

    I have worked with Fred on multiple occasions over the years from furnace repair/replacement to pump and hvac consults. He always picks up the phone which is important in the long term. He is always fair and explains everything and is very straight up - he has even recommended me to not use him, when I am able to the job myself. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team. Sina is also a great guy.

    New furnace, and ac

    This company is top notch from Boris helping choose what was needed to the serviceman themselves I had nothing to worry about. Would recommend to anyone who is need this is the company to call. I was extremely satisfied.

    Furnace, Air conditioner installation

    There were a very professional advises from Boris, without pushing on a more expensive but needles equipment.... very nice and friendly installation team, the working space has been left pristine clean. Very competitive pricing. Highly recommended!!! Thanks so much again Boris and your team.

    Furnace, AC, and Tankless Water Heater

    Had the pleasure of Cozy World revamping all my HVAC, price was competitive, but what mattered to me was the install crew who took the time to install things right. The crew arrived 8am, and left 11pm they wanted to ensure everything worked to spec, and that I understood how everything worked.

    Great work

    Had a whole-home humidifier installed. Outstanding service, price, quality. Boris connected us to Sina, the installer, who absolutely went the extra mile for us. We called one evening, and the very next morning the work was done. Thank you

    Very good and professional service

    I had a problem with my Lenox furnace - it was just working but no heating. The problem was with a motherboard that was exchanged. The job was done very quick and in very professional way. Moreover the price was reasonable too.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner Installation

    I'm very happy with Cozy World. Boris was very responsive to my email requesting a quote and visited the house as soon as he could. He provided us with a quote that was reasonable, and did not push us to get anything larger or more expensive that we did not require or not. I trust his expertise and experience. He also followed up quickly on the job and any warranty and paperwork. Great experience and would definitely recommend!

    Boris was a pleasure to work with. He explained the products he offered and provided his professional recommendation that fit our budget. After consulting others for quotes and reviewing clients' experience with Cozy World we decided to go ahead with Boris. The work was performed by Mossad who stood by his work.     Good work

    Ray came when he could, and did a good, quick, thorough job, fixing my furnace problem, offering other advice to keep it running well, and did so for a reasonable price. And a nice guy as well.

    Installation of furnace and AC units (including removal of old units)

    Excellant discussion about types of units relevant to our needs with Boris. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and we believed him to be honest in his recommendations. He arranged the rebates so this part was simple. Removal and installation was done efficiently and cleanly and professionally, and left us with a warm home and confidence in their work. Thank you to the team at Cozy World.
