Boris is a very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me to make the right choice for air conditioner. The job was done on time without any problems. So far so good.

This is the second time we've used Cozy world, I recommended this to my parents' place because they did an awesome job at my house a year ago. Boris was very punctual, friendly, and gave us a great price. My parents' place replaced their furnace only (no ac because it was still ok), and were very happy about the upgrade and the job well done. Highly recommend!

Boris came very quickly to give me a quotation. He took the time to explain to me about the different types of furnaces and appeared genuinely interested in his work. He suggested the two stage furnace, which was a good furnace, but not the most expensive; he felt that would be enough for my small house. When I said I had bad allergies, he recommended the best type of filter to use and explained why. I was so impressed that I cancelled the next appointment I had with a different company. The men who came to install the furnace were clean and courteous and left my house spotless. When they finished, Fred proudly asked me to see the furnace and listen to how quiet it was; he also showed me where the filter was. I have already recommended Cozy World to someone else with an old furnace -- so far, it has been a great experience.

On August 10 our air conditioner died (yes during the heat wave!). We called Farhad because seeing the reviews on Homestars we knew 909 people could not be wrong. Farhad came out immediately and booked us to have the new furnace and air conditioner installed on the 17th. We were the second job that day. His team arrived at 2 and didn't leave until midnight!! You will never find harder working people. The two installers worked tirelessly in the heat. They must have been exhausted but you would never know it. Their attention to detail and positive professional attitudes were beyond impressive. To say we are happy with our dealings with Cozy World is an understatement. Do not hire anyone else!!! Cozy World just replaced my old AC and Furnace and did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier. They were polite, fast, clean (they left my furnace room cleaner than when they arrived) and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them!

I called Cozy World from all the positive reviews on Home Stars and I wasn’t disappointed. Boris came to our home which was under renovation at the time and was very knowledgeable in regards to all the products we were looking for which was a new furnace, AC, thermostat and installation of a hot water tank (which he said to pick one up and they will install it). He provided us with two recommendations for our home and explained each of them (one was more costly than the other but with more energy efficient products), he was very honest and truly wanted to recommended the best solution for our home. We did our due diligence and met with two other companies, but didn’t receive the same level of comfort and sincerity that we felt when meeting with Boris. We ended up selecting Cozy World for our job but let Boris know that our home was still under renovations and that we didn’t have an exact date as to when we would be ready for the product to be installed……Boris was totally understanding and said no problem let us know when you are ready and we’ll be there. Sure enough when we were ready for our install Boris lined up a date almost immediately to have all the products installed. Kam and his worker showed up the day of the install on time and were totally professional and worked late and hard to get the job completed. Everything was done exceeding my expectations. I would totally use them again and have actually called Boris since to ask some questions and he always picks up or calls back right away. I have nothing but positive things to say about Boris, Kam and Cozy World.

Cozy World did a great job replacing my central a/c when it broke during the August 2016 heat wave. Boris the prez came over the same day I called, explained the available options and gave me a quote on the spot. H then was able to give me an install day by juggling crews that evening. The work was well done on the scheduled day and for exactly the quoted price. I recommend Cozy World highly!

Last fall, we replaced our furnace and aIr conditioner as our old units were on their last leg. I got several quotes and honestly they were the most reasonable by product comparison (Lennox models). When my air conditioner broke on the hottest day of the year I thought I would never find a good company quick. I was wrong. I phoned Fred in the morning, he came by that same afternoon. He quoted me a great price. Two days later his crew came to install my new Lennox Air Conditioner. They were very professional and courteous. I joke that they left my basement cleaner than when they arrived. I would definitely recommend Cozy World to all my friends.

Returned from overseas vacation to a dead furnace and -- in the middle of a heat wave -- no blower fan to circulate air! Followed the positive reviews on this site and they did not steer us wrong: Farhad attended at our home and presented us with a range of options and prices in a friendly, professional and no-pressure manner. We made our choice and the installation went off without a hitch. The installers were polite, friendly and cleaned up after themselves without any issue, and our house is more comfortable than ever! Farhad ensured we got every rebate we were entitled to, and his follow-up was truly impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend Cozy World to anyone needing HVAC work!
