    Sale and installation of a Furnace and Air Conditioner

    I needed to replace my old Air Conditioner and Furnace. Based upon my research i decided to go with a top end Lennox system. I then researched for Vendors/Installers and found three that seemed well respected. I was fortunate to find Cozy World. They had the best price and came across as the most honest and reliable as well. They provided a professional install and looked after submitting both of my rebates for me. I could not be any more pleased. Highly recommend.

    HVAC replacement

    We were very impressed by the quick and highly professional service we received at Cozy World. Our old AC broke and we needed an urgent replacement. Boris came to our house the same day and helped us choose the best option to match out needs. We decided to replace the old furnace as well. Boris was able to send one of his crews to our house on the next morning, and everything was done within the same day. We asked to move our AC to another wall and they did at no additional cost, although they had to move the pipes. Our basement and backyard were left as clean as before, and the hole in the wall left by the old pipe was filled. We are also pleased with the high quality Lennox equipment installed by Cozy World.

    Furnace installation

    Cozy World was excellent to deal with. Boris and his team provided professional customer service and installed a high efficiency furnace in just one day. I'd recommend Cozy World to any of my friends and family. Thanks Boris!

    Furnace Replacement

    We just had our 25 year old furnace and old humidifier replaced by Cozy World Inc. Boris was friendly, responsive and answered all of our questions. The installation crew was also very knowledgeable and helpful and left our furnace room cleaner than they found it. After installation, the rebate paperwork was all submitted for us too. I would definitely recommend Cozy World Inc to anyone and would use their services again in the future.

    Heating & Air Conditioning review in Markham

    Very appreciated for their hard working, professionalism and customer service The technician came in late morning due to unforeseen circumstances. He phoned me ahead and let me know about the situation. Once he had arrived, he worked tirelessly and make sure we could have the A/C working by the end of the day. Thus, he worked very hard until very late at that night Excellent customer service even after the installation; and fixed some minor issues within a day after I contacted them Their staffs are very knowledgeable and address our needs/concerns Highly recommend them!

    Replace old furnace to an Energy efficient Furnace.

    Changed our 20+ years Furnace to an energy efficient one. We found Cozy World Inc. from a list form HomeStars with 5 starts rating. We choose them and I think its the best decision. These guys are knowledgeable, polite, clean, and best is they follow up with you on the paper work. Boris give us an explanation of how things work and I really appreciate it.

    Furnace Replacement

    Last month Cozy World did a great job for us replacing our 18 year old furnace. Boris is very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, so it was easy to make a decision for the new model. Kam did an awesome job installing our new appliance. He made sure everything works properly, kept everything clean, showed me how to change the filter and even gave me some ideas on how to save some more energy. Could not be happier with the furnace and the service. Great experience. Highly recommend!

    Excellent furnace and A/C installation services

    t is the second time that I use Cozy World services. They are amazing! As far I'm concerned, they are exemplary in organization, customer service and quality of products and installation services. They even filled out and submitted rebate forms for me, so that I could get some cash back on my furnace and A/C! I HIGHLY recommend them. Money well spent..

    Excellent!!

    We have replaced our 35 year old furnace and purchased an AC from them. Boris is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and always responds fast. Kam did a fantastic job installing our new appliances. He made sure everything works properly and he is too extremely knowledgeable. I would give these super friendly people more stars if I could. Could not be happier with the furnace, AC and the service. Highly recommend!!!!

    AC blockage and tune-up

    My experience with Cozy World was fantastic. Ray was a great technician; he diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it quickly. He also tuned-up the AC which improved the overall air flow. We are very pleased, and would recommend Cozy World!
