I am so glad I found Cozy World on HomeStars. We purchased our home a year ago and the previous homeowner didn't change out the original AC and Furnace (builder models), which were nearing the end of their lives. When we turned on the AC, air came out but it wasn't cooling the place down at all. Upon contacting Cozy World, Fred quickly arranged a time to come over and help us assess the situation. Fred took a look at our home and units carefully and gave us a detailed breakdown of the options available to us. He provided us with a lot of information and thoughtfully walked us through the benefits and considerations for each model. He also shared with us the approach his team would take for the installation, should we decide to move forward. His knowledge and expertise in this field shone through our conversation, and he anticipated the types of questions and concerns we had. On the day of the install, his team arrived promptly and kept to themselves for the day. They were very respectful to our home and cleaned up after the work was complete. They provided us with detailed instructions on how to operate the units, as well as maintenance tips that would help extend the life of our units. Fred also took care of our rebate submission very promptly and efficiently. On the same night, we had already received confirmations from the various companies indicating the rebate submissions had been received. He also took the time to ask us about the installation and how it went. His care and attention to the whole process, from our initial interaction to post-installation, was simply stellar. He showed a lot of passion and made sure his clients were equipped with what they need. I am so happy to have worked with Fred and his team, and would recommend Cozy World without any hesitation.

Our 23 year old AC finally gave out this season, so we decided that it was time to replace both the AC and the equally old Furnace. We called Cozy World along with 3 other companies to get quotes. I met Boris and felt that he was trustworthy, knowledgeable and honest. Cozy World was not the lowest, but based on the great Homestars reviews, we decided to give them the job. Kam was the installer and he was professional and had great work ethics. The job was clean and the Lennox system they installed works wonderfully. Boris took care of submitting the warranty and the rebates for us. We are very pleased and thankful that we found Cozy World - we highly recommend them.

The guy came out within 2 hours with the necessary adapter and connected our barbecue. He was a very pleasant person. Can't ask for more and would definitely recommend him using his services.

Can't say enough about these people. I received 4 quotes with Cozy World's the most competitive on the unit we selected. Sales were first class, no pressure with Boris he explains the pros with each furnace option, you make the decision. After reviewing all options we selected the higher efficiency and have been really impressed with the improvement versus our previous furnace. The installation crew were also first class. They arrived on time were hard working and knew their stuff. Their politeness just another plus. Everything was cleaned up perfectly.

Boris provides excellent customer service, responding to texts, calls and emails immediately (even as late as 10pm). Him and his team showed up exactly at the time they stated (1pm) and completed the work on a very hot day. I was relaxing in a cool room by the evening. They are very mindful of your home, laying down drop sheets where they're walking. They cleaned up well after the job too. Boris took the time to explain each component that they put in. They mounted our unit to the wall outside (couldn't be on the ground in a new development area). Rewired my Ecobee thermostat (now it runs in auto heat/cool mode!). Then a few days later contacted me because they submitted my rebate of $400 (still waiting for it).

Farhad and his crew came over and installed both frunace and A/C that took whole day to do. They did explain everything to us regarding the procedure and even how to work the programmable thermostat. Great job for Cozy World. I highly recommend.

We went with Cozy World for the installation of an air-conditioning system at our home, after two friends who had hired them previously recommended C-W to us. Cozy World first provided a full estimate and answered all of our questions. No heavy sales pressure, just confident explanations and the willingness to address our concerns. The installation was similarly professional and efficient. The Cozy World team was very NEAT, and cleaned up both inside and outside the house. (We appreciated this!) Cozy World also followed up promptly to arrange the rebate offered for the unit. Result - we're enjoying the air conditioning and we're totally satisfied with our Cozy World experience. If you are looking for excellent service and excellent value - look no further than Cozy World! Oh yes - they are also experts with furnaces, and have also helped us out with a leak from our furnace.

I was very pleased with the work done by Fred and his team. He gave me a quote on my first phone call to him and his cost was much lower than others I had received. When he came and met with me, he was transparent about costs, options, and the specs and benefits of the equipment I was receiving. He gave me the info I needed to look up the unit efficiency rating on the government website. The installer arrived exactly when agreed and was professional and courteous. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up after themselves. They registered the warranty on my behalf and emailed me all the details afterwards. They followed up a few times to make sure I was happy. These guys really are a model for good customer service.

I desperately needed a licensed gas technician to inspect my gas lines (Enbridge was going to shut my gas off if the lines weren't painted promptly). I called Boris at 4pm one afternoon and, although he was fully booked with appointments, he arrived to see me at 7:15pm that same evening. If it weren't for Boris, my business would've suffered immensely. I get nervous using contractors and the like, as they never do what they say when they say they'll do it; Boris proved me wrong! I will absolutely be using Boris in the future and would recommend others do the same.
