We are very satisfied with the outstanding service provided by Cozy World. Of all companies we called to quote us a replacement for our over 20 year-old furnace and air conditioning, Cozy World was the clear winner. They presented us with various options available for high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, helping us to better understand their value by using a feature-comfort-expenses balance approach. We were able to quickly select our option and rationally negotiate and agree on the cost details. Boris Sherman, the President of the company made it very easy for us to get all the rebates by registering the system and submitting the claims for us. We were regularly kept up to date with the claims status, and had absolutely no issues until payments were received. Cozy World technicians installed the new system in about 8 hours, and have done a well coordinated, neat and clean job, including disposal of the old parts. We have used the system for almost 2 months now, and had the opportunity to use both heating, and in the last week the air conditioning. So far we are impressed with the overall quality and comfort provided: stable temperature with a system so quiet that you won't hear when it's actually working. The Wi-Fi thermostat has a very functional, yet simple and nice looking user interface, which can be remotely controlled from a smart phone or PC. It even sends alerts to the service provider in case the system needs their attention. Cozy World proved to be trustworthy, and we highly recommend them to anyone. Expect the best, you won't be disappointed! Note that we took the advice to set the fan on all the time, and noticed that constant air circulation through the filters improved the air quality in our house.

We called Cozy World after seeing their reviews on Homestars and we were not disappointed. Frahad is great! He was polite, professional and not pushy a salesman. He gave us at least 4 options with different price points and did not push us towards to the most expensive He told us to take our time and call him when we were ready. From the time we called them to set up installation, everything went amazingling! His team is great. So good at what they do. Their after installation care is top notch. I called several times after the furnace and new thermostats were installed and Frahad always took the time to call me back in a timely fashion and even came to my home on a weekend to help explain and fix a minor problem. The guys at Cozy World are great and I will definitely use them again and will be happy to recommend to our friends and family.

I had an old 1950's gas furnace with octopus arm vents that took up a lot of space. I had 3 quotes but only the folks at Cozy had ever seen a contraption like mine before. After our initial conversation I had a lot of confidence they knew what they were talking about. Cam and Boris came in and took their time to assess what was needed. They were attentive and great listeners! (seems to be a rare quality among contractors). Cam created a new vent system that eliminated space issues and that used my current wall vents. The AC was placed exactly where I wanted it and the job took only 2 days. Everyone was friendly, efficient and fast. I now have 5X the room in the basement and no-one is banging their heads on vents anymore. The furnace and AC work a dream! I'd recommend Cozy World to anyone.

I've used Cozy World to get a new A/C unit in my previous house as well as help me with some repairs to my furnace. After moving to a new house, Fred was able to give me a competitive quote on a new Furnace, A/C unit and Water Heater. The installation was flawless as usual and Fred was always available when needed. I highly recommend them.

I needed to replace my furnace and air conditioning unit and Fred helped me properly research options and made it clear what value I was getting with each option and each component. Once I had made my decision, the installation was scheduled at a convenient time and the installer Kam and his team did not disappoint. They worked quickly and efficiently, had everything installed within one day and it was clear they took pride in their work. Following installation, all rebates were processed on my behalf and extended warranties were registered for on my behalf. It really was exceptional service from beginning to end. It's 2 months later and everything is working great - I'm very happy with my investment and the overall customer experience. I highly recommend Cozy World!

From assessment to installation Cozy World did a fantastic job. I have an older row home that required new wiring to be put in, thermostat moved to a new location in the house, etc. The team arrived promptly in the morning and completed the job efficiently and on time. They were able to relocate the thermostat and add new wiring to a finished basement without making any noticeable holes or damage. I was worried about having to patch up several holes in the wall, etc. but when I came to inspect after the work was done I couldn't even tell anyone had been in there. I highly recommend this company to anyone in Toronto with an older home where the job requires experience and skill. Price was competitive and worth every penny. Great system.

My 50 yr old Lennox furnace died on the coldest day of the year (-22c) and luckily I had insurance to cover the repair but because of the difficulty in finding the parts, it took 3 painfully cold days and nights before it was repaired. So that was a wake up call for me to replace my trusty old but dreadfully inefficient furnace and ac. I called a few places for quotes and researched each of them thoroughly. I knew that the quality of the installation was just as, if not, more important than the product itself. So I decided to go with Cozy World based on the reviews on this site and also why I am returning the favor and leaving my review for others. My furnace and ac were replaced on April 26. The quality of the installation is amazing. I was hoping my finished job would look as good as the ones in their videos and it does, actually even better. Thanks Cozy World

Our old furnace was getting tempermental, shutting off at random and this sometimes on the coldest days of winter. I called Boris on the morning of February 29th and explained our problem. He came over in just over an hour, explained what kind of furnace we would need for the size of our house, etc. Soon after he left, Fred the technician arrived. He was very punctual and worked very hard. The installation was challenging but he got it all done to our satisfaction. The work done is very clean and professional and Fred even managed to make the drain pipe into the laundry room unobtrusive. I couldn't believe it, all this was done on the same day that I called. And Boris was right, the new furnace is whisper quiet! In addition, Boris applied for an OPA rebate on our behalf. It took much patience and persistence because the site wasn't ready but finally, it is done. Thanks, Boris!

Boris and his team at Cozy World recently installed a new Lennox high efficiency furnace and air conditioner in our home. He first came by in person to provide us with a quote. We received quotes from 5 contractors and his was definitely the most competitive for the quality of parts and included installation and removal of our old furnace and AC. The work was completed quickly. Boris' installers also took the time to re-route the water line for our humidifier as well as other cables. The finished job looks extremely professional and I am very happy. Finally, Boris provided excellent communication throughout the job and took care of all the necessary rebate paperwork.
